Not what I expected from the Outback Steakhouse. • food was just OK • service was just OK. The waitress was really nice, however when she took our order, she disappeared until we were almost finished our meal. I think she had several tables. However, one would expect better of the Outback Steakhouse. • atmosphere was just, well OK. Nothing special. I could have gotten the same feel if I had visited Bojangles. **** So sad that another great restaurant is slipping and will be in trouble soon. I love going to this restaurant. It's truly a home away from home for me. Perfect for date night or family get togethers. Tried the new Blooming fried chicken, served with there signature bloom sauce, it was amazing! Definitely getting it again next time. Enjoy! Our server Kayla Cook was extraordinarily, outstanding. Her vibe was immaculate and personality was out of this world! All of our bar drinks were served in a timely fashion and she even went out of her way to make sure we got our food on time. The plating was beautiful, and the bathrooms were very clean. I will most definitely be coming back to this outback steakhouse to request Kayla Cook as our server! Blooming onion was great. Drinks were good. Server was beyond amazing. The cooks need to learn to cook steak properly. Sent back and was still burnt.Ordered medium rare. Manager was great. Had the absolute worst birthday dinner yesterday. I arrived 5 minutes early for our 6:15 reservation. At 6:41 we got a text that the table was ready. Ordered our food and at 7:30 when I was about to leave, it finally arrived but it was not correct. The waitress did get the sauce that was supposed to be on it, but by then the chicken was cold. Waited for what seemed like another eternity to get a refill on my water. I don't typically eat here and only agreed to it for a bday meal because we had gift cards, but I will never spend another dime here. Food was depressing, waitress had no personality, manager didn't even acknowledge us. I will stick to locally owned restaurants and leave Outback for people with no taste for real food. It was New Year's, so things were a bit crazy. Our waitress was outstanding! Obviously experienced; nothing phased her! The atmosphere was heretic. The most annoying thing was kids just aimlessly wandering about. It is hard to have a conversation when there are 8yros bouncing around your table. But that isn't the restaurants fault - really. Parents, if you are taking the family out for a celebration- keep track of your kids. The food wasn't bad, just not as good as I remember it. My husband ordered a prime rib, and it was nicely prepared! I got steak - it was probably prepared, but they seem to be heavy-handed with spicy seasoning...the shrimp, my steak, and fries. Speaking of fries, mine were cold, as was the bread. We will go back and maybe on a regular night and not a New Year's we find things a little more reasonable. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

The waitress was very attentive and served us our meals in a timely fashion. The venue was fairly busy this Saturday. I would recommend this Steakhouse for a reasonably priced meal. The picture is my 8oz center cut Sirloin steak with mixed vegetables and fries. As you can see it was nicely presented. Had an average Sunday early dinner with my parents. Expected a wait time since it was around 3 p.m. Our wait time was about 20 minutes. We had a very nice waitress named Kiley. I ordered the hot honey chicken and shrimp with loaded mash and a house salad. The meal was decent. I was a little shocked at what was placed in front of me compared to what was advertised. It wasn’t terrible but don’t come in there too hungry. We did wait about 30 minutes for our meal to come out. My guess was not enough staff. We really tried to like the food but it wasn't good. Salad was soggy had a ton of dressing, shrimp was under cooked and I asked for a medium steak that came out well done.
