We went in for lunch on Wednesday, our server Brittany was attentive and provided great service! The wings were delicious, as well at the Alice Spring Chicken lunch portion! The main courses we ordered were warm even had a seal on top not sure (it was cooked before and heated after and served us. )and asked heat up was still warm. Super bad quality than regular outback restaurant food. Also sides were served we have been getting other stores. If you want meat like ice cream taste ; highly recomend. Never will be there. Arrived an hour and a half before closing, so it wasn't too busy and was seated right away. The hottest was just amazing friendly great attitude and warm smile (I wish I worked her name down as I forgot, but I think it was Sharay. If I hear her name, I'll remember because you don't hear it often, and her spelling was different from the original) I asked her opinion on drinks, and she nailed thebdesription regarding this spicy mango drink and would definitelyget again(i love spicy drinks!). She is knowledgeable regarding food ingredients as im allergic to dairy. Restaurant was a little dim enough to concentrate on the person in front of you and not around. Coconut shrimp was ok, steak and shrimp tail was perfection, asparagus grilled nicely, mac and cheese I was told was good with a little kick. Me and my family went in for dinner and the sweet girl in the front Deya greeted us and was playing with the kids. Keeping them happy while we waited for our table. Our server Erica was always coming back asking us if we needed anything else and she came back always for refill. Thank you so much 😊 for your great service and great food. Came in for a late dinner. This place is always welcoming. Our waitress was Denise. She was very attentive and joyful. She made sure that she got our order right and suggested ways to ensure that my preferences were met most adequately when it came to placing my order. The dining area was clean and well kept. We were seated very quickly, and our orders did not take long to be served. Overall this place has a great atmosphere, is very family friendly, and the staff is very kind and accommodating. I would recommend this restaurant over the others in the area. The menu is also very well rounded. *Outstanding Service* Highly Recommend* *Great Friendly Staff* We were absolutely blown away by the service here at this Outback Steakhouse, our Waiter paid close attention to detail & got us our drinks very quickly and even came back to see if we wanted more bread while we waited! WoW 👏 10Stars 🌟 it's so nice to finally find a restaurant where the waitstaff take pride in their work. The food was actually also very good. Sirloin & Chicken Breasts were good. We cannot ask too much on a holiday season / 2nd last day of the year. Food is not as good as other steak joints but not too bad. Atmosphere is so so and restaurant is out dated. The server made it all up with great attitude. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
