My food which was a Grilled Salmon was very good but my waiter not so much at all he never came to check to see if we needed or was our meal to our pleasing mine was very good but my guest not so much not one time did he check. Tonight's visit was amazing!!! Been a long time visiting this location since we had a great dinner like this. I noticed a different feel and I had to ask if it was under new management. Everyone seemed to flow together like a well oiled machine. Our waiter Jacob B was spot on! Food was brought out quick, hot and well prepared. They took my food allergies very seriously which is so appreciated! The owner even visited the table to make sure we were satisfied. Happy to see much needed change and service from this location. Jacob was our server. And let me just say I wish they had more stars to give. He was extremely personable. I can't ever recall in my 34 years having a server that was as fantastic as him! My wife and I were both amazed with the service. I will ask for him every time I come. Oh yeah.... and the food was phenomenal! Thank you Jacob! Got 2 full racks of ribs and they were terrible...rock hard like cement and felt like I was eating undercooked pork chops. I still have a rack and a half left and feel ripped off. Horrible! Waited 15 minutes before anyone even came to acknowledge we were there. Appetizer came out after food. Food was cold, bloomin' onion was, well, take a look for yourself. One of our family’s favorite places to eat! The staff is so great, the managers are great, special shout out to our favorite server, Jacob, always A++ service! We entrusted him with a gender reveal for us for our second baby, they all made it so special and involved my little one, too! It was so thoughtful! We couldn’t have asked for it to go better than it did! Outback in clarkston I’ve been to Longhorn steakhouse many times. This was our first time at Outback The level of service is a lot better at Longhorn. Both places are very busy. The workers do try. They are just not as good as the Longhorn workers. The menu is bigger at Outback and there are more other choices besides steak. My Outback Prime Rib was excellent. Medium. The au jour was perfect. This place can cook their steak well. Sadly, our lobster tail was undercooked. Minor issue but very costly. The Bloomin' onion was incredible. I’m only a fan because I love onion rings! The bread was incredible. Soup was also good. The salad? Needs more salad dressing, but very huge for being a side. The steak is what saved this review from being a dumpster fire. Come. Come all you streak lovers! Plenty of parking. The traffic is terrible on weekdays.
