I came to this store with intentions to enjoy a simple lunch while on break. And Oh my l! I received so much more. My server Bailie was just so sweet and adorable. She was on top of everything. Her conversation was enlightening! She's indeed an important asset to your store. The manager on Duty Mr Warren was very impressive! I watched him talk to everyone, making children laugh and he's quite the hilarious character. Whatever this store is doing, needs to keep on doing it. As long as you have those two and staff alike, this store will remain the talk of the town. I will be returning... I went to this outback for the first time, and I have to say our server (heaven) was fantastic 🙌 thank you! She provided the best service I could ask for. If you go definitely ask for her. As for the food I would say it wasn't bad, food came out quick and the appetizers were good the Mac and cheese bites were great. And the bloomin onion is always my favorite. The Ceasar salad was great, I mean you can't mess that up. French onion soup was ok. It could have been better in my opinion. Maybe I just had better hopes for it other than that it was a fine experience. Also the strawberry kiwi lemonade is super good but very sweet ask for a water on the side 😋. Food was prepared, right and amazing the first time. The manager, Warren has a great personality, and attentive to your needs. He has really made some wonderful changes with this restaurant. our waitress, Dee was very kind and courteous. We had a very wonderful evening! It's an Outback! It was busy and understaffed, but everyone was very nice and accommodating. My friend and I were seated faster than they said. Our server was absolutely lovely. She and kitchen had no problem with a late(r) night coffee and dessert with requested strawberries. I really appreciated that, as well as the good humor all around. While there, someone had a birthday and a man with an incredible singing voice came out and did a solo. Actually was a treat listening to him sing! Hubby and I got here about every two months. Our food always comes out hot and pretty quickly. We always get good service. There's nothing wrong with the atmosphere. We prefer to go when it's less busy. I like the furnished area out front. Personally I really like it. I'm kinda a picky eater so the foods listed below don't cover what I like there. I like the Alice spring chicken, also the grilled chicken and ribs on the barbie. The fries are seasoned really well and taste great. I have to give a special shout out to the manager, Warren…and our waitress, Bailey! My parents, myself and my daughter ate dinner here tonight and the service was top tier! Bailey was so attentive, personable, and just down right sweet! Then, the manager (Warren) won over my daughter with his sparkling personality and kindness! He promised to bring her out a sundae if she ate all her food and colored her picture…of course, she cleared her plate and then gave him the colored picture! 🥹 Definitely made our entire families night! GREAT service!! Michelle was our waitress and she was awesome! Food was delicious, hot, and on time. The prime rib (pictured) was cooked medium, tender and full of flavor. The shrimp was very good. I wish there would have been more of them!! The fries, rice, veggies and sweet potates were good as always. The dessert (Chocolate Thunder from Down Under) was AMAZING!! Can tell they have great owners and managers by the excellent service and bubbly happiness among the staff. This is very unusual to find in local restaurants, kudos for that. Our server Mae was excellent, very polite and courteous as well as the hostess, busser and the manager who stop by to check on us. The chocolate cake is amazing! Opportunity for improvement...
