We had an hour long wait but it was the Saturday after Valentine's Day so it's understandable. The service was quick considering the crowd, and the food is delicious. 2/18/2024 Ordered delivery. Didnt receive my baked potato. Medium rare steak arrived Very well done. My bf's caesar salad had no parmesean cheese. I requested no croutons on my salad because of wheat allergens. I had numerous croutons throughout my salad, they also forgot my raspberry vinegarette dressing. I requested A1 sauce but of course I received none. My entire dinner was screwed and all the manager could do was to tell me to contact uber eats. Server was friendly, paid close attention to us and was prompt to get our order to us quickly. We requested our steak be cooked a certain way and it was perfect. Our steaks were not cooked they way we ordered. We ordered filet mignon medium well and sirloin well done and they were cooked just the opposite so we just switched our plates because our waiter never came back to check on us and did not come back to our table until it was time for the check. Sara displayed wonderful professionalism while still being very friendly and courteous managing the curbside take-away customers. She was even speed walking from inside to the cars and back! The services provided by Davis was amazing! Our drinks never got low. He continuously check on us to make sure everything was alright! He truly gave us the best experience at Outback. The only bad thing that we have to say is all the bugs flying all around us. Our table was by the bar area. We had fruit flies flying all around us. They kept landing on our food. Found some in our drinks, which is nasty. That is not very clean at all. The table beside us had the same exact problem the whole time. We were just swatting at all the fruit flies. Good food. Of course it's too expensive, but everywhere is lately. We still haven't found a steak house that can get "well done" right though. It's not suppose to have any pink. My husband and I went here last night. And WOW. It was the best Outback Steak house we had been to. The service was spot on. Everyone was soo polite. We was so dead tired, looking like something a dog dragged in, still wearing our work uniforms, and the staff treated us so kindly and friendly. Food came right on time, the waiter we had was awesome! They had a manager walking around the place checking on people and food, as well as going through the back to the kitchen and out the other side. I don't know if this is how they normally function or if it was just because the manager was there. But either way. We will be back to check and see. Because it was spectacular!!
