Juan was friendly, warm, and upbeat! Christina was extremely attentive and made sure everything was awesome. The food tasted amazing. We ordered the the Sweet Sriracha Chicken Bites as an appetizers. Super good!! I ordered the Bloomin Fried Chicken and my husband ordered the Prime Rib Sandwich. All of which were phenomenal and tasted amazing!! Despite how full the parking lot was, we managed to get a table as soon as we walked in. Maybe just because we were a party of two? Either way, very impressed all round! We LOVED Steven. He was so sweet, patient with 4 kids and he was quick to serve us. I can’t say anything bad about our experience tonight. Our server was Renee as well. He was thorough, patient and attentive. Tonight’s manager was taeon. He was on the floor with his staff flawlessly. This location was amazing. Great place to hang out! There is a huge board game store right next to the restaurant. We played some games and come to the steakhouse for dinner. It’s a busy restaurant with great food. I love the combo of steak and coconut shrimp, the plate is not big but served a big size of food! Roasted potato is definitely something you want to try. Blooming onion is amazing, but the taste is about to be average. Asia was an amazing server! She was very attentive and quick to take our orders and return with both our drinks and food. Our food came out perfectly, and our family had a really great experience. My family and I came here for dinner and the Service was great but we ordered a Steak and it was EXTREMELY Salty And WAY TOO MUCH Pepper. Each bite I took was spicy and very salty. The Sweet potato was great and the Broccoli was great. For dessert we ordered the Butter cake, and Salted Caramel cookie. The Salted Caramel Cookie was cold, it was supposed to be warm, so the ice cream on top would melt. The Butter cake was like it just came out of a freezer, it was cold and hard, it took a lot of force to cut a piece off. Like I said Service was great! Everyone has experienced an Outback at some point in their lives, and they, generally, are all the same menu. My 6oz sirloin was more like 3.5-4oz at best and had more fat than I expected or cared for. The grilled shrimp were fine, and the mashed potatoes tasted fine but presented like school lunch potatoes - cool, stiff, and still in the form of the scoop. The staff were all pleasant, but our server was average at best and could have been more attentive. Otherwise, the building was clean and in good shape, and food came out in a reasonable amount of time. Update: Second visit in as many months, and the visit was a carbon copy of the first. Had a GREAT dinner out with my husband and son! We were greeted at the front and seated immediately. Our Server Tavoia was prompt and kind. She cracked jokes with us and laughed. The managers Anna & Lisa stopped by and made sure our food was good. Definitely a good end to my work week! I come to this location the most and they have never disappointed! Liz was my server tonight and she did an excellent job. Her cohort behind the bar was Kristen! So I usually get a steak and loaded baked potato with Caesar salad and the bread. Also a really well paced meal and I’m always totally satisfied at the end. I’ve had other items like the chicken tenders (very yummy!) and the burger before at lunch time.
