Starting off with the good, the coconut shrimp appetizer was unique and delicious. That's where the good ends, however; when you go to a steak house you expect the steak to be the highlight but my steak had no crust, no salt and it's only saving grace was it was cooked to rare like I requested. I enjoyed the fried chicken and the free bread more than the steak. Almost feels like a family gimmick restaurant Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

It's been more than 10 years since I last visited Outback Steakhouse and I'm glad to be back again. I decided to go on a lunch date with my wife where I ordered Kingsland Steak & Shrimp Pasta and my lovely wife had the Sirloin Sandwich. As always, we both shared our meals to get the best experience and satisfaction. To my pleasant surprise, the quality of food was exceptional, and the atmosphere was not noisy. The prices are reasonable and competitive in comparison to similar restaurants. Our lunch tab was around $52. A good place for families and special occasions. This is the first time we have eaten at this Outback. We found the food excellent, cooked exactly as we ordered it and plenty of it, as can be seen by my order of prime rib. The server, Tamia, was wonderful and she was very attentive. The only negative we found was the music/noise was too loud. Went here with a large party (who I believe planned ahead) and there was a wait to be seated..which I didn’t have an issue with. They did however mix up the seating (I don’t know who made the error us or them) but we were scrambling around trying to figure out how to seat about 15-20ish “adults” plus needed 3 high chairs. And at first they were sorta like oh well cause we need the aisle clear. It was kinda chaotic and they sat us right near the kitchen so there wasn’t much wiggle room because they needed to be able to get in and out of the aisles easily. I feel like the staff could have done better to accommodate on another day just poor circumstances that day—like two other parties of 15+ earlier that day (per our server). I think our waitress was Kayla? She was very nice and seemed to handle a large party with a general ease and polite attitude. It took them about 20 minutes to figure out drinks (who had what) and maybe 30-40 mins for food to come out. They didn’t have what I originally wanted and the steak I got was overcooked. The food/drink runners seemed very overwhelmed and possibly inexperienced? The server who passed me my drink handed me the receipt too and needed it back. One lady was struggling to tell the 6 oz from 12 oz or fiIet from whatever else. And then they weren’t sure whose steak was supposed to be cooked to which temperature. The staff appeared to just be exhausted. I think 2-3 people with our party complained about the food, so I wasn’t going to say anything about my food. The staff had to be tired enough already. Next time I hope to go with a smaller crowd on a not so busy day and see if the food is better. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

This Outback is located at 145 Celebration Dr. in Suwanee, GA, and, is by far, the best Outback Steakhouse I have ever been to!!! When I first arrived, I thought it was a new location. But when I asked my server about when this Outback was opened, they told about twenty years ago. I just couldn't believe it!!! The restaurant is super legit and clean. The service was great and the food was even better!!! I ordered the Coconut Shrimp and a French Onion Soup which was completely delicious!!! If you are in Suwanee, GA, and are craving a great dining experience, go to the Outback Steakhouse, and you won't be disappointed. Enjoy and safe travels!!! We made reservations for Saturday at 6pm. Unfortunately, someone forgot to write down our party of 13! They were a little surprised to see us but the manager went out of his way to chat with us and make it known he had us handled! Super appreciative of his transparency and offer to buy us a few appetizers. Our waitress handled my large family well. They weren’t all patient with her and I appreciated her! She was kind and did her best! Thanks for a nice dinner and thanks again for accommodating us! Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Best Outback location in the state. Yaco was our server. Not only did he make our experience more personal his recommendations were fantastic. The service we received almost felt like we were at a family gathering. I was very impressed with this dinner experience. Lobster tail amazing. Steak cooked to perfection. And the caramel pretzel cookie dessert was delicious. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The filet and crab legs were good. Loved the wedge salad and French onion soup. As always the bread and softened butter were great- though the loaves seem to be getting smaller 😀 Sweet potato and broccoli were good, too. The fried mushroom appetizer was ok. Absolutely disgusting. Steak wasn’t seasoned. Soup was cold. Drinks had no alcohol. Front host had no personality at all. What a shame to see this go downhill so bad. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
