Hi, to Amber Baker or Stacy Medina (which ever fake account or friend’s account that is now being used) that is still continuing to attack and harass me with lies….please understand that I do not wish to engage in this type of social media “back and forth”. I have always welcomed honest feedback and reviews good or bad. However, first review from “Stacy” contains complete lies or more accurately, the situation that resulted with a disgruntle customer. [Side note: we find it very obvious that the two reviews use the same verbiage. Based on this, the assumption is that both “Stacy and Amber” are working together in continuing to harass me.] As there were other customers here to witness the entire situation and video/audio recording that can prove what transpired was an attack against me, the “female owner”. What “Stacy” said she had to endure from “the female owner” was actually a description/mirror of her own behavior. It was a very sad display of someone’s character and especially when I stood up for myself against her verbal attacks, she then automatically becomes the victim. Even, going as far as calling another customer in the shop a demeaning label (I do not want to repeat the words she used). I apologize for others and myself on those bad days, but I do wish we can think about morals and integrity. Lies that results in putting someone else down to make yourself feel better should not be the answer. To Amber’s review; there is a very slim chance as a lot of our customers know, that “daughter, her father, and mother” would all be working at the same time. With the little ones being out of school for a couple days this week, one of us are always with them. Also, we do ask our customers to “feel free to have a seat, walk around the mall…” But never do I so “rudely” ask or even tell anyone to “go stand somewhere else” and never would I dare say “I don’t care just anywhere else”. Furthermore, we currently do not have any employees so snapping at someone and asking for this person to go on break…another example of words used to discredit me and personally attack me. You can always ask for the next in charge so you can let someone at the establishment know how your experience was and how they can/should improve. Instead the decision made was to go online to let others know but not the business itself so changes can be made. Social media, online review etc, is a place to post your honest…”honest” review. My hope is we can be productive members of society and grow in the fact of helping and supporting small businesses. Even potentially supporting another human being. My tone of voice can be intimidating to some, as I am a very passionate person especially when it comes to delivering the best product to my customers. This I understand but the rest, complete fabrication is uncalled for and guaranteed did not happen since again, video/audio proves so. The “husband” and “daughter” do agree that it is just petty to put something out online that are lies. I do hope you can move on and find peace in knowing that you have already left a bad review. Any more of this, then I would call it being a bully and no one likes bullies. -Journey on with kindness and compassion Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Did not have a good experience, the daughter and husband were wonderful... the shop owner not so much. I was waiting on my drink after ordering looking in the display case. The female owner rudely told me to go stand somewhere else while waiting. Her husband had been asking me questions about the drink while he made it so I thought standing there was fine, there was noone else in the shop so it wasn't in the way of anyone else. I asked where would she like me to go? She gritted her teeth and said "I don't care just anywhere else." One of her employees was also there and asked to go on a break.. . she snapped at the poor employee, she snapped at her husband and daughter. Maybe it was a bad day, maybe there was some other bad circumstance. But we will not be back, I'm too scared of her!! Good boba, but cross your fingers that you get the husband or the daughter to wait on you.

I’m in town for the week and have been coming here daily. It’s a cute small family business where the entire family work together as a team. The little kiddos come to work with mom and dad & play in the kiddie zone inside the café. There’s a set up outside the cafe as well where kids could pretend play with all sorts of toys and workshop. The boba queen (owner) was nice (and pretty too) and gave me mini scones to try. They go well with the hot tea I had one afternoon. There are too many drink flavors that I did not get to try them all. Next time I’m in town, I will definitely try other flavors. My personal favorite is the matcha green tea made by Russ, the manager. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
