As vegetarians, we eat Asian a lot. Despite its name, Oriental is a stand out eatery. I was especially impressed by the Revolution menu using steam rather than stir fry in preparation. Much lighter on the pallet and with the sauce on the side I was free to season to my liking rather than the chef’s. The best way to eat food here is to order a ton and family style it that way you get a bite of everything.
