This particular experience is an only getting a 3 star. I'd like to try again and order one of their specialty drinks to see how they taste.
I ordered an oat milk latte and it was very bitter... oat milk usually has a thick, creamy texture to it as well, but this tasted watery for some reason.
The cafe itself is very cute, cozy and welcoming! They have seating downstairs, as well as upstairs on an open patio!

The cutest coffee shop in all of Castle Rock. Beautiful space, friendly staff, great views from the patio, swing chairs and great food and drink selection! I had a protein smoothie and Elvis toast. Did not disappoint! The owner Sarah is incredibly friendly and so passionate about the community. Great woman owned business to support!

Oo-de-Lally Coffee is a fun, relaxed coffee shop with an amazing atmosphere (decorated for every season). Their food is great, the drinks are delicious, and the staff is very kind. The moment you walk into the shop you get a sense of calm. I live across the street from them so I can walk over there in 2 minutes! Their avocado toast is soo good! The menu is huge (everything from diff types of toasts, to smoothies, coffee flights, and more! I highly recommend checking out this cute coffee shop! You won’t be disappointed!

Love love LOVE this shop!! The owner is so sweet, always decorates the shop with the cutest decorations and themes, creates fun seasonal menus, and has an amazing staff!! All the gals are so sweet and helpful! They're cheerful, kind, and care about everyone who walk through the door! The drinks are great, food is delicious, and everything is high quality. Whether you want a place to get some work done, meet a friend, hang out with your kiddos, or just come in to grab a quick bite, this is the right place! I'd give it more stars if I could!

We've been supporting this business when they were in the hut. We have a 50/50 chance of the coffee tasting burnt or not when we come. We come here because it's convenient our main gripe is their limited hours and the staff is not very helpful. They had a great punch card program but got rid of it when they relocated. We will still come here for the convenience but thats it. We did try their food and thought it was good but pricey.

We had the pleasure of traveling to Castle Rock for business, I began searching online for a coffee shop option before our trip and discovered Oo-de-Lally on Instagram . What a treat ! The lattes were just right , the staff was always bright and cheery and the coffee shop itself was just adorable! Coming from Michigan I thoroughly enjoyed The incredible views from the rooftop porch!

This is the hot new spot in Crystal Valley!! The coffee shop is super cozy and gives the vibe of being able to hang out with friends and family or put some headphones on and do some work. And unlike other spots, the rooftop patio is amazing and is super peaceful with an excellent view!!
The staff is all super friendly and the coffee and food speaks for itself! The owners have put a lot off heart into this place and everything they do and you can absolutely feel it when you walk in or order from the drive up. We love having this place close by!

This place is so adorable. It looks like it is out of a Hallmark original movie. It is a fantastic place to get an amazing cup of coffee and relax. The lobby is always decorated so adorably. The staff is so nice and the drinks are some of the best I have ever had from a local coffee shop. They even have a baloney with an incredible view of the Rocky Mountains. I highly recommend checking out this coffee shop. It is worth it every time.
