We stopped here with our puppy after being in the car for hours in our road trip north. We were able to run her on their large green space. There is a picnic table and lots of trash cans and parking. The people who work there were really nice they offered a rewards card to get a discount and even waiting patiently while I downloaded the app. There was a mailbox outside of the door for you to leave your troubles so you don’t have to bring your worries inside. It wasn’t only nice for the dog but wonderful for the humans too. The bathrooms were clean and there were enough for all three of my children to go at once. They had all the drinks and snacks and necessities you might need. There are lots of options on that stop but this would be my first choice every time. #pupreststop #dogfriendlygasstationfranklinkentucky #dogfriendlystop #picnictablegasstation #cleanbathroomgasstation #flyingjfranklinkentucky
Easy in and out. Six has pumps. Gas pumps for trucks in back. Those bathrooms were clean and smelled of new wood. Must have done some recent remodeling. Open spacious store.
Car broke down and stayed at the trashy days inn next door. Got kicked out of the days inn who refused to allow a late check out. Walked to this pilot and the cashier was kind and said go ahead and sit outside and charge your phones. 5 minutes later a lady came outside and asked if my 3 kids and I are camping next to their building. I said no we are waiting for an Uber. She so rudely said well you can’t stay here long. I asked if we needed to walk across the street to the other pilot where they have seats and spots to charge your phone and she said no it’s our pilot as well and you can’t hang out at either one. I asked if it was a travel stop like the website says and she said well yeah but you can’t hang out. I said so the seats indoors and showers there are on timers? I’ve have been here 2 minutes and sent my kids in to get my pup and us some water and food. She looked at her watch for the 4th time and repeated we can’t have you sit here for too long.
I had a horrible experience with the young lady at Subway named Layla she was completely rude!!! She slopped my sandwich together and told me that it’s the same way as the way I wanted it which I don’t eat slop!! She had a complete meltdown even tho I tried to be nice she was super freaking rude!!!
Pilot is becoming more health conscious for trucker's. Fresh fruit, access to salad's. Healthy drinks. Still pricey though.

Gotta be the cleanest showers I've ever used at ANY Pilot/Flying J/One9 in the 7 years I've been on the road. The older black guy cleaning the showers definitely makes sure they are clean. This guy deserves some recognition. There wasn't any dirt in the corners, under the sink, behind the door, behind and around the toilet; even the toilet paper dispenser was all clean and shiny. I know all the above sounds dumb, but we drivers want a clean shower as if we were at home (unless you're a pig at home, then you wouldn't understand). This definitely was a first and very much welcomed. Kudos to this small little One9.

Great stop! Very nice attendants and clean store. Subway sandwich guy went up and over to make a fantastic salad. Give these guys a raise ASAP!

Gas pumps work, but the audio for their commercials on the pump are way too loud with no option to turn down.
Pilot Lite Lite on the things you were hoping to get. Clean and the people were very friendly.

Real stinky hole, if not fuel would've not ever stopped here.
