Have been visiting here and ordering takeout since they opened. Lately, the takeout time has been awful. Tonight the online ordering system said it would take 30 minutes. An hour and 15 minutes later, sitting in the restaurant waiting, I'm told they are just now starting my sushi order - while my appetizers and other dinner items have been sitting at the register for nearly an hour.
The food is generally good. But with terrible service and the entrees cold by the time the order is complete is unacceptable.

At One19, lunch was a pleasant experience. The sushi was fresh, and the service from Rob was excellent, enhancing the overall meal. A recommended spot for a satisfying midday meal.

This place is going downhill fast. Twice we've placed a to go order for pickup and got home with half our order missing. It's not hard to make sure everything we paid for is in the bag. I'd expect this from McDonald's. Not from a place with prices like this one! Unfortunately I have a hard-headed husband that doesn't check the bags, especially when they triple knot them. Do better guys.
