Great place, everyone is very friendly and welcoming! I love their strawberry cheesecake protein shake and the teas are very refreshing! I will definitely keep going!

Cute little shop with refreshing lit teas! At least that's what I always get but they offer more such as meal replacement shakes, among other things.

I will have to admit, I was not a fan after the first time, but upon finding the shake flavors that I like, I have become a 3 time per week regular and will continue to do so. The shakes are just slightly more expensive than I was paying at Smoothie King and they have far fewer calories and seem to keep me satisfied as long if not longer through the day. I have not tried the teas, but I am definitely a fan of the shakes. I have recommended to co-workers and friends. I started the shake journey around the same time I returned to the gym, and this has been integral to losing weight/inches. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
