This is not a restaurant, it's a private kitchen where the chef prepares in front of the guests 12 different courses of Japanese fusion food and serves with matching wine and sake for maximum 6 guests. That's right the restaurant can sit at most 6 customers. The ingredients come daily from Japan and the food is absolutely delicious. You can guess that the price is extravagant, but it's once in a lifetime experience. Quite the experience. As good or better than any sushi Ive ever had. Not the kind of sushi you get at a typical restaurant. Amazing fish selections and preparation. Watching Chef prepare each course reminds you of the art that can be food. Since we were just visiting the Charlotte area for the day we felt so lucky to have found available seats for the two of us.
