As a typical Brooklyn bred bagel snob, I’m usually underwhelmed by bagels I find outside of NY. Olmo’s beautiful bagels were incredible, from your traditional on the run bagel flavors, to venturing into their original takes on schmears and different bagel flavors. The breakfast sandwiches were particularly delicious/arousing. The staff is also a delight, and you can tell they all take pride in not just the food, but in how they treat and appreciate their customers. Bonus points for how reliably consistent the bagels are every time you visit. Thanks Olmo!
