The bakery i loved in Bentonville. The cozy and home-like ambiance creates a peaceful atmosphere, especially when sitting under the tree outside and friendly employees add to the welcoming environment. The baked goods are delicious, especially the oats banana bar, banana muffin, and chocolate muffins. The banana muffins have no added sugar, which is a plus. Overall, this bakery is a must-visit for anyone looking for tasty treats in a comfortable setting.

I stopped in for some amazing bakery items everything was very fresh and the taste was simply amazing I took my order to go. I also got some extra items for later which were just as good but I would recommend eating those within a day or two because everything is so fresh it can spoil quite quickly.

I visited Olly Makes Bakery over the weekend during a trip to NW Arkansas. The sausage rolls were amazing, as was the scone. It cost a little more than I expected, but I was willing to pay for safe GF treats. I will be back on my next trip!

OMG! As a gluten allergy person later in life, I SO miss all the good pastries. However, this place has nailed it. Not like to crumbling or
Cardboardish stuff you normally find. This is top-notch GF stuff. Super friendly too.

Olly Makes blueberry muffins are hands down my favorite muffin I've ever eaten!!! Also, their bacon and cheese scones are such a treat! It's so wonderful to find a great bakery and on top of that they are gluten free and allergy conscious. Love it!!!

Updated review----
Inconsistent and rude to feedback.... threw away 4 undercooked scones a few months ago (2 people with 2 cold scones that yes we asked for them to be heated up during 2 separate visits - center was cold/raw) while walking past. I gave up after 2 sad visits but my husband wanted to try again today and let them know.
He got another scone today and it was cooked fully and tasted great so he would have returned regularly but the attitude received to the feedback was weird. "You don't have to get a scones. We have other things.... I know how baking works. I own a bakery" he was cut off as he tried to explain the recurring issue technically as he has been to culinary school and studied pastry and focuses on almond flour but he was cut off.
Very strange vibe.... if you can afford the inconsistency and don't mind that it's fine. If you have any feedback it's definitely not a "customer is right" vibe like other bakeries we've been trained to have when we worked in the industry.
Anyway, the ingredients and quality is great but inconsistent (cold/raw) $6.50 baked good is sad.

Adorable place! Love the selection of vegan bakes. Everything is so flavorful and the sweets are not too sweet. Savory bakes are super rich and tasty. All organic and gluten free but more importantly all super delicious! 👍👍
