Really tasty...worth the hype I've been seeing. Birria ramen was amazing, as was the Pollo Asado. Do note... it's a small place with limited indoor seating...plan accordingly. It appears to do a lot of carryout...also, order at the front and take a seat of eating it. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Short order taco stand with adult bevys. Narrow hallway with a few tables in the front and outside seating behind. One space has a heater. Food was good and large portions for the burrito and carne asada we ordered. Beverages in a cooler or mixed at the bar. I totally forgot to get a before of my birria ramen but as you can see… I loved it. I personally haven’t came across a bad dish here. I can’t wait to try the birria grilled cheese. The roja & verde sauce that’s served with each dish is so delicious. My personal favorite is the spicy roja sauce. It is high in flavor and not extremely overwhelming in spice. I need to start getting 2. The employees are great. I haven’t had a long wait for my food either. I have to try the drinks next too. I visited a few weeks ago, and I am still anticipating when I can go back! We went for lunch on a Saturday around 1 pm. We ordered: 1. Birria tacos - MELT in your mouth delicious. I would recommend and order every time I go. If you are a person who wants to try everything, then I would recommend only ordering one (5/5 🌟) 2. Guti fries - sooooo good! The fries were cooked perfectly, and all the toppings complimented each other. It is a huge portion, so be prepared to share. (5/5 🌟) 3. Quesadilla - this was also a large portion and really good. (4.5/5 🌟) All the dishes we ordered were 🔥. They have a small indoor seating area but there was available seating when we went. ❤️ The food here and can't wait to return. I was excited to a try a New Mexican place but was left disappointed. The food was too greasy and had no veggies at all. Order a simple quesadilla and burrito. Both had too much cheese and it was greasy to a point where it was unhealthy and inedible. Please note: for Taco Tuesdays there is nothing for vegetarian. I love tacos and I've read reviews about Olla's. The birra beef and shrimp tacos were just good. I've had them many times before in other areas and states. They could pump up the presentation and favor it was nothing like we anticipated. The elota Mexican corn was soggy and it was made with no care not evenly distributed on the corn and limited. Stopped in on a Saturday evening around 6, there was quite a few people there, we were able to get a seat along side of the windows. The staff was very polite and took our order quickly.
