We had Olive Garden delivered to our office last week for lunch and it was amazing! Chelsey provided the best service, she showed up right on time and made sure we had everything we needed and helped set it all up! Everyone enjoyed it! It was date night, the first in I can't remember how long. We arrived around 10pm. The hostess brought us to our seats and left our menus and offered us a drink and breadsticks. It took about 4 minutes for our server to introduce herself. She was very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable of the menu. She gave us about 5 minutes to look through the vast options while she gathered our drinks. After taking our order, she asked about refills. While we waited for our food, she stayed busy by cleaning her section so she would always be around if we had questions. This is our fault for coming right before they closed. It seems they ran out of Alfredo, which happened to be half the food on our 80$ tab, so she was very sincere about breaking the news to us. We aren't very picky, and we're glad to have a kind server. The changes were made with ease and we received our food within 20 minutes of being seated. After all was said, eaten, and done we were easily able to pay for the tab and 20% tip on their kiosk stationed at every table. Very convenient! Waitress, manager and owner went above and beyond to guarantee my satisfaction, they all had great attitudes, super kind and helpful. I ordered a medium rare steak and I never in my life have returned a dish so I felt bad as it was to tell the waitress that I did not want to eat the steak as it was cooked really well done, she was super nice about it she got her manager and the owner after explaining the situation they all worked together the best they could for a busy Friday night and made sure I enjoyed my meal in their restaurant. My friend and last Wednesday had the worst service ever. Our server made us feel very unwelcoming was super annoyed when we asked about things on the menu. I had ordered a drink and I gently bumped it and it sharratered all over the table. Our server didn't even attempt to help us clean it up . She also didn't ask if I wanted another one.
