They do the campy birthday songs and stuff. That's exactly why my daughter chose this location. Not a thing. Heads up. The staff are incredible. Fast service. Incredible food. Lived in sicily, the pasta was treated beautifully! I digress..... we ate and enjoyed ourselves but this beautiful woman who served us.. she overhears my joking about my daughter being an old woman at 28. We smiled andaskedk for to go boxes and she gathered the bus boys and presented my daughter with a slice of cake with a candle and a song. My daughter was appropriately embarrassed but pleased. My recent visit to Olive Garden took a disconcerting turn when we encountered a series of unprofessional incidents, ultimately leading to our decision to leave the restaurant without partaking in the meal. The focal point of this regrettable experience was the unacceptable behavior exhibited by our waitress, Sam. The trouble began when we approached Sam with a legitimate concern about our child's food allergy. Instead of the expected understanding and attentiveness, Sam responded with visible frustration and a bad attitude. This dismissive behavior not only demonstrated a lack of empathy but also created an uncomfortable environment for our family. To exacerbate matters, Sam's negative disposition seemed to intensify when interacting with our child. The mere act of addressing the allergy appeared to evoke resentment, making our child visibly uncomfortable. Such unprofessional conduct is completely unacceptable, especially when dealing with a serious matter like food allergies. Feeling unwelcome and disturbed by the unpleasant atmosphere, we made the difficult decision to leave the restaurant without even attempting to taste the food we had ordered. This experience was not only disappointing but also raised serious concerns about the restaurant's commitment to customer service and safety. Olive Garden must address these incidents promptly to ensure that future patrons are not subjected to such unprofessional behavior. Food allergies are a serious matter, and the staff's response should always be characterized by understanding and professionalism. Our experience at Olive Garden was deeply disappointing, and I sincerely hope that the necessary steps are taken to rectify these service issues and ensure a more positive dining atmosphere for all customers. While the service was good and my soup and breadsticks were great! My main dish ( chicken and shrimp carbonara) had entirely too much oil. The kids meal (Alfredo) did as well. I had made the mistake of placing my catering order for our office work party for the following day instead of the same day and I called and spoke to a wonderful worker named Carmen. She not only was able to quickly help me solve my issue but got my order ready fast! Great customer service. My order was big and everything in it was correct. I highly recommend ordering from here.
