⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️After ordering "Online Catering" website gave me 1 hour time for pick up.... 2 seconds after confirming pick up.... I got an ACTAUL call from the MANAGER at the restaurant. He wanted to confirm my order pick up time and asked me if MY ORDER can be made earlier if desired because of some glitch in ordering online. Of course I wasn't wanting to wait 1 hour.... He reduced my prep/cook time to 20 to 30 minutes! Food was GREAT and FRESH and extremely DELICIOUS!!!! IF I could do 6 stars I would. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Person up front was very friendly and they had a person seat us. I noticed that as others where seated they were being asked if they are celebrating anything tonight. This was never asked to us as we were taken to our table. It was our 5th year wedding Anniversary. Also having a couple seated at a table for 4 was pretty uncomfortable. I was going to ask for a booth but I noticed another couple asking for a booth and they were met with an audible Sigh and a very mean look. So I didn't. (There were several open booths) Our waiter came and took our drink order and didn't return for several minutes. Then he took our food order. Our food arrived in a timely fashion. However once our food arrived our waiter disappeared. There where waitress and waiters walking around all over helping customers as ours was just gone. At this point I didn't really feel welcomed and decided to just pay. Our waiter finally showed back up and my drink has been empty by now for 10 minutes. He asked if I wanted more to drink and I obviously said no as I probably wouldn't see him for another 15 minutes. So I paid, left the minimal 15%. He came with the boxes for our food we didn't finish because we didn't want to be there any longer. Kinda put a strange feeling on the rest of the day. Food was always amazing. As always Olive Garden is great, tonight we had an expecially wonderful waitress who took such good care of us and was always checking in and finding ways to make our dinner even better by the name of Kris F. She was so great! We definitely will be back sooner than later because of her wonderful service.
