This restaurant has been in Newnan for a while and it never fails to disappoint. The food is fantastic. The place is so clean. They were busy but the staff was still helpful and friendly. This place was busy but they were moving. Online check in system worked very well. Was seated quickly. Server was busy but was prompt. Drinks weren't the fastest but they were from the bar so I wasn't surprised at the wait. Food was hot and fresh. Salad was cold. Soup was hot and full of flavor. My wife had the ravioli and it was outstanding. Check was accurate. Drink refills were timely upon request. Parking lot was ok but small for the crowd. I will be back! This is the best Olive Garden I’ve ever personally attended. I also had the best waitress I’ve ever had at any restaurant. Thank you Brianna N. My experience was a very pleasant experience. The manager introduced himself and was friendly. My waitress Brianna was timely, courteous, she anticipated my needs, and filled every request. The food was hot, fresh, and cooked perfectly. I could cut my chicken carbonara with a spoon. The entire meal was on point. If you want a great experience, ask for Brianna. Food was great. But from the moment we were seated, we felt rushed to eat and leave. What was a dinner plate became a lunch plate. Every 10 minutes we were asked if we needed anything to be brought to us. Every bowl was removed the second we finished that dish. I like to relish the ambience, feel relaxed to carry on a conversation and enjoy the food. We took more to go with food left over than we ate there because of feeling being watched constantly if we finished. I enjoy the food but it will be awhile before i go again. Me and the wife went to Olive Garden for the 10 year anniversary, and it was great.. It was definitely better food and service than we had before and was a better experience also. When we first got there, it was about a 10 minute wait, and that was fine, but then we got seated, and the waiter was awesome and absolutely the best his name was Christian Penney. He needs a pay raise or a leadership position, and I hope everyone can learn from him. I would have taken pictures of the food, but forgot we had Chicken Alfredo, Tour Of Italy, Spinach Dip, and the Calamari. We had a terrible experience at this location. To begin with our waitress never greeted us properly, NEVER even smiled. Food came out pretty fast so that is the only good thing that I can say about our overall experience. Once our bill came out we instantly noticed additional fees and additional items on the receipt that we did not order. Number one, I personally was looking over the advertiser menu with another family member and the waitress brought out that item with the advertiser item that we agreed to order. I quickly made her aware but she left it on the table and then added it to our bill. Please BE AWARE that if you order a refresher Tea, or Soda you will pay $5 per person which is Absolutely RIDICULOUS.We had a party of 7 so that was $35 off top.. Also watch your receipt because the device that they set on your table to view your receipt they will CHARGE you $3 and list it as if you are playing a TABLE GAME on that device. Please be mindful of that! I can go on and on about our unpleasant experience but who cares literally. We asked for the manager and she wasn’t so polite in my opinion. Even after we were treated poorly we still showed gratitude and left the waitress a decent tip. Yes, the AA family that was placed in the corner off to the side STILL walked away with great character by leaving behind a tip that wasn’t warranted and honesty (for others to be aware) about our experience at this specific location. A little good news today…..my husband and I went to Olive Garden in Newnan Friday 12/22/23 around 4:00 pm. Service and Food was amazing. We paid and left around 5:00 pm. This morning around 10:00 am I head out to go to the store and I can’t find my wallet. License, credit cards, insurance cards and cash money are what’s inside. Spent an hour searching everywhere, finally, I thought well I’ll check with the Olive Garden. Manager, Barbie Browning, confirmed after giving me a series of questions that my wallet had been turned in and was being kept in her safe until the owner (myself) claimed it. Folks, that took a series of GOOD CONSCIENCE people who chose to do the right thing. Some could have justified finding it as a gift or something and really wrecked my Christmas and world until it was sorted out. Thank you the wonderful Manager and TEAM at Olive Garden. Their manager bragged on her staff and said they were all really great people. That’s awesome too. Our experience at this location started out very rocky. However, when you have great management on staff checking on everyone you can fix a lot. That is exactly what the manager did tonight - she turned a bad experience where we may not have come back into a great experience. I personally call that the peak of service and for that would highly recommend this location. Our waitress was brand new but friendly and helpful. Thanks for taking care of our evening! I have been a lover of the Olive Garden brand forever. The food is always consistent and the environment is always vibrant and inviting. I was in the mood for Italian for my Birthday Dinner and of course I chose Olive Garden. Wanting to try a new location, my friends and I ended up in Newnan as we discovered this location on a recent visit to the movie theater across the parking lot. Upon walking in, the host area was very vibrant and filled with smiling faces. I provided the number in my party and we were able to be seated immediately. One thing that caught me off guard, as the hostess was walking us to the table, she asked “how was your day today?” Oh my! Talk about customer focus. Usually, the walk from the host stand to the table is quiet as it’s swift, however, the young lady who sat us took the time to engage and set the time for the evening. Upon seating us she departed with a “have a great rest of your day and enjoy your meal!” Wow! At a time where most brands are losing focus on the customer, it was refreshing to have such a warm and organic experience. While at the table we decided to start our order using the Ziosk at the table. Not only was it super easy but it allowed for us to be able to order our drinks as soon as we were ready. A few moments after being seated we were greeted by our waitress Liz. Liz arrived already smiling and continued the warm interaction that was started by the hostess. Liz was very knowledgeable about the menu and was open to making suggestions. What I loved about Liz is that she was engaging during our entire visit. She was never gone for too long, nor was she coming around too often. Liz was spot on with her check-ins and allowed for our drinks to never go empty and the table not want for anything. Yet another example of stellar customer service. At the conclusion of the night, we used the Ziosk again to pay our bill. I love the balance between person to person interaction and the use of electronics. Overall, this was an amazing experience. I will be back at this location as the interactions presented have set the bar for service. Thank you Team Olive Garden and a Special Thank You to Liz! You made my Birthday Dinner even better. -D. K.
