Waitress Maria was great and food was really good. Maria was very prompt and friendly. She checked on us throughout the meal. The only thing that was disappointing was taking my daughter to the restroom and a waitress was in restroom vaping. That’s why I gave the atmosphere a four instead of a five. Everyone else was super friendly and service was quick. This was our first time to visit Olive Garden in Baytown, and the first time to visit Olive Garden in 20 years. This was a fantastic visit, the right choice. We were seated immediately. Our server, Lydia, was at the table immediately, and did a fantastic job. We never had to ask for anything. The food was excellent. The restaurant was clean. We will be back, and we will ask for Lydia when we come. Thanks for a great Friday night meal! The food was fresh and delicious as always!The stuffed pasta has become my new favorite thing to get here! Derek was our server here with such a great personality and took great care of us! They do not do online waitlist! I didn’t know and was waiting on the app to tell me my table was ready. Good thing I went in after the time it said cause usually it don’t take long! We went last night for Valentine’s; my hubs and I with our 3 kids. We knew it was going to be a busy evening but we wanted a nice family dinner. Jack was our waiter and I can’t tell you enough how wonderful he was. Being it was a busy evening he was extremely patient, so nice, friendly and attentive to whatever we needed. He would apologize when he was a little late on something but it was no big deal we completely understood he had other tables to wait on as well but still took great care of us regardless. We still had a wonderful family dinner like we wanted. Thank you Jack and Olive Garden for wonderful service! A huge THANK YOU!!!! To Baytown Olive Garden. I did catering service for my daughter’s 11th Slumber Sleepover Party and the girls loved the food. These are picky 11 year old girls at that. The food was ready on time, well packaged and perfectly prepared. They did an amazing job everything was delicious. I will be using them again for my catering needs. Oh and Ms Lee is an awesome General Manager she give my baby girl a free dessert of her choice for her Birthday. Thank you so much! Best part was the salad but limited to 2 choices of salad dressing. Great service and atmosphere for a party of 9. Food was good but atmosphere and service is the main reason for another visit. Service is normally meh at best. Food never tastes right. Today the gnocchi soup tasted like the cream was soured. Put off whole meal making me unable to eat as others at my table where able to enjoy their meal. When voiced, waitress said would ask and see about it never came back even for us to pay. We intended to pay cash but as she never came back we where forced to pay with card and just left with. No answer, a sour taste and sick stomach. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

We went at exactly 10pm, and we ordered what we usually do, so it made it pretty quick for the waiter, but for some reason, he was being a bit rude. I called him over politely, and he just side eyed me and went to the other table, and even when he brought us our salad, he blew raspberries over our salad, which was disgusting. We have gotten into the habit of ordering our stuff to go. Orders have always been right. The price is the price. I live about 5minutes from this location and its usually almost ready when I get there. IMO the curbside experience is almost better than eating inside the restaurant.
