We were a group of 35 blind and visually impaired staff and students who had reservations at another restaurant who at the last minute decided they didn't have the staff to serve us. So, when calling Olive Garden they said yes they could accommodate us. When we arrived there was no waiting time at all and then they sat us in a room all to ourselves. They also had three of their lovely servers serving us. They were so patient and kind to us. We were truly blessed on this day. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Olive Garden for your kindness, patience, and your wonderful service. May God Bless each of you. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Sat by hostess then waited 1 hour for our food even though people coming in after us got their food in 15 minutes. To make matters worse we were seated outside the kitchen with all the employees coming and going, bus carts and a girl dropped dishes that broke and it was just a complete mess. The food was great. Everyone enjoyed the dishes they ordered. The service was lackluster. But, our server just seemed to be having an off night. She was friendly enough, but very quiet & reserved. At times, we couldn't hear or understand what she was saying. Overall, the experience was good. I would dine there again. This is a fantastic Olive Garden location! I just got finished eating lunch here and had a fabulous experience. There was plenty of seating inside despite the parking lot looking pretty full, and my server was fantastic. She was attentive but not too attentive. She had a smile on her face, a good attitude, and was very helpful. The lunch specials come with a soup or salad and the table gets breadsticks. The lunch sizes are 1/2 the size of the dinner specials, but I was STUFFED after two breadsticks, a salad, and my entree. I would 100% recommend going here for lunch. Service was terrible, I had soup and salad and the server never asked if I wanted wanted anymore of either one. She never refilled our glasses and I asked for more breadsticks (twice ) never brought to our table. We waited for about 45 minutes to be seated, others who came in after us were seated before us. Was seated and waited over 15 min before someone even greeted us, and that’s because we hit “call server” on the tablet. Only for me to order a glass of wine & my friend order a margarita and they had the manager come out to the table and tell me my ID looks “funny” and that he can’t accept it when I’m 29 years old and he told my friend he couldn’t accept her ID because it’s bent. When I asked him to explain what he meant by “funny” he couldn’t answer. All he said was he couldn’t accept it. The only “funny” thing is, I’ve been here and never been denied to order drinks before. Brought my Grandson here because it’s his favorite chain. We eat at Olive Garden in several locations and I have to say this was the worst. It was dark we couldn’t read the menu. The service was rude and I had to ask 3 times for breadsticks and a to-go plate. The food was great but lacking on service. This was a perfect dining experience! We were greeted with smiles (behind masks). They welcomed us by saying hello, welcome & enjoy your meal.
