Been eating at this location for a long time. Service is usually good. Food is predictable since I always get the same items. Love the salad. My favorite mozzarella sticks in the restaurant industry. Management have been helpful fixing small issues. Need to start some sort of dining reward program, most everywhere else I go has something. Inside the restaurant there is good service from the hosts to bring you to your table. Our waitress was nice, friendly the entire time. The food was excellent. Tiramisu excellent. Parking is not a problem. I love to come back.

Went for a birthday, food was really good and filling. Most left with take home boxes. We were there later in the evening so there wasn't really a wait time, got seated within few minutes. The margarita came with amaretto shot on the side which was quite good as well. The employees seemed nice and friendly and were keeping up with the service. It was a pricey bill, but there was five people plus tip and tax, but there were plenty of leftovers so was almost equal two meals. Would recommend for the occasional special night out, unless you've got deep pockets and can afford more often. We all liked it and will return as well. Good Italian food and service was great. Had a quick lunch. Food was great in taste and service was timely. We had eggplant Parmesan which was really nice. Also fettuccine Alfredo was good. Soup and salad were fresh as usual. Breadsticks were freshly baked and amazing. Thank you. Olive Garden has always been one of our family's favorite restaurants. The food is tasty and portions are the right size - not small but not too huge either. The Italian American environment is very pleasant and so is the decor. Having said that, the service is not great anymore. Don't get me wrong, it's still good but it's not great like it used to be. Looks like Olive Garden is also a victim of not having the appropriate workforce available to work for them anymore. By appropriate I mean skilled in the arts or hospitality and service. They now seems to have youngsters working there who are doing their best but not at that service level yet. Good luck to Olive Garden. I hope they're able to capture their magic again in the future. They were very kind and very helpful with my sister who had a walker. They definitely went out of there way from the receptionist when we came in to the very server we had plus the manager was also excellent Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Tiramisu
Enjoyed a nice lunch here with my wife after church and it was great. The food was delicious and our server was friendly. We ordered the Cheese Ravioli which is one of our favorites. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
First time at this location, it wasn't too bad. It kinda seemed like the staff was all over the place. The green apple sangria is the bessstttt!! It's usually the reason why I go to OG lol the food is always really good at any OG I've been too & this location is no exception. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

I rarely leave poor reviews because It could be a fluke thing...one bad experience does not mean it's a bad restaurant. However at this point I have to go with there is a trend...one that won't continue for me. My last experience concluded in the trifecta bad service bad food bad overall. I wish I had taken pictures. Dinner for 4 consisted of a tour of Italy, chicken Alfredo, spaghetti and a ziti and meatballs. Short wait to be seated around 30 minutes. The waitress attended the table seated after us before acknowledging us..bad form on them double seating her...I get it . After about 5 minutes she very grudgingly acknowledged us took a drink order and left. A few minutes later our drink order arrived..wrong. or most of it, I ordered a sangria so I expected it to be a few minutes. I did expect to have bread sticks on the table rather quickly but was also disappointed in that. Before my sangria arrived the waitress attempted to take our order but we had not all decided yet. Less than 2 minutes went by and she returned to take our order again so I just tossed out the old standby instead of trying something new. Still no bar drink still no bread sticks. After taking our order we didn't see her again until my sangria showed up at that point the other 3 needed refills and requested the correct drink but still didn't get it. After having been seated over 30 minutes the salad arrived and we were told fresh bread sticks would be our shortly. Shocking that we finished off the first bowl of salad before they showed up .. and then... The food. First off one of the things I appreciate about good service is giving the right food to the right person...didn't happen. But once everyone got their food it was a symphony of I asked for extra sauce and this is really dry the meatballs were on the wrong plate and the 2 big issues. The chicken Alfredo noodles were literally hard. They were baked to the plate from sitting under the warmer so long. And the final ick ..I took a bite of my lasagna and it was literally burnt. I flipped it over because I couldn't believe my taste buds. It was literally blackened sauce noodles cheese everything. The waitress came over she asked how everything was I gestured to the lasagna and she didn't appear to understand that it wasn't supposed to be burnt???? My husband explained to her because I was flabbergasted. She went oh ..Ill go get the manager. The manager came and we sent back both dishes so my daughter and I sat there for 20 minutes until the others were done eating when our orders came back out my daughter's fresh mine half the size and smothered in sauce which I was fine with I just wanted to leave at that point I was so disappointed. The manager was non chalant about the whole thing and it seemed it was more of a bother to her to have the meal corrected. So fox valley mall olive garden gets my first poor review in a very long time Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
