Really not worth for the price, the bolognaise pasta tastes bland. Only tastes sour and so disappointing. The grilled chicken is so-so but for the price that about the same as SR, I was expecting more. Mushroom soup waa okay. Hope can improve thanks.

1. Angus beef striploin is soooo thick and portion sooo big. The portion is suitable for 2. Love the presentation. Taste good too!
2. Grilled chicken so juicy and tender.
3. Fish and chips for kids soo big and can be shared with 2. Crunchy but the batter has a bit bitter taste.
4. Watermelon juice taste good. Liverplex is healthy juice, a bit bitter.
5. The food is considered less salty for johorean but im okay with it.
Cons: mashed potato is under seasoned. Goo bland.
I think the price is very affordable for the steak. Other places might cost 100++ for the portion. The canteen looks make it more murni-discovery styled and easy go for kampung girl like me to eat here. Hidden gems in Kuala Terengganu 👏🏻

They are serious about the quality of their foods, all the foods I have tried were enjoyable. Price wise, average cafe standard. But the serving speed is a pain to be honest, the foods took more than an hour to be served even with just 2 or 3 tables of customer. The environment felt more like a canteen.
Still a place I would visit again for the nice foods but really hope to see improvements on the service.

Great place to have your western food at cheaper price and big portion. You should try smoked duck salad. The duck was extremely delicious. The lamb chop was very big that you can share with your friends.

Excellent food..
steak sandwich is a must try.. onion fry inside the sandwich gives a unique taste.. downside, no sauce added with the platter, especially to have with french fries.. but if you ask for sauce, they will provide for free..
Fish and chips was ok.
Ambiance...
No Air Con. it's a bit hot inside.. bench and big chair theme is good but chairs are quite uncomfortable..
It's ok Lah !!!! Delicious foods are there to make you happy 😁😁😁

My first time trying lamb chop here. suits the taste bud! The sauce was superb, unbelievably fits the meat. As for the salad, dressing was just nice. Hoping for them to serve brewed coffee anytime soon. Definitely will go for the second time!
We went for dinner around 9 p.m. Tables were almost full. We sat and waited for a few minutes before the waiter handed us the menu. So here’s what we like about this cafe:
1) They serve us cold water as soon as we got the menu.
2) The service is quite fast; we waited less than 10 minutes to get all three dishes we ordered.
3) Watermelon and orange juice are tasty! Well done.
4) They serve a generous portion of mushroom soup (suitable for 1-2 people for an entree). It is tasty too.
Sadly, that’s all we can say. Here are a few things that we would like Oliva Cafe to improve:
1) The customer service is very poor. There were at least 3 waiters at the cashier, doing nothing and they saw us seated at the table but they didn’t serve us immediately. We have to wait for a few minutes even though they saw us sit down at the table.
2) The ambiance and lighting inside are very bright. Too bright! The layout is like a school canteen, with its long chairs and table settings.
3) Mushroom soup and garlic bread plating is like cheap restaurant plating. Despite being priced at RM9.50. Please improve your plating to suit the price.
4) The mashed potatoes were tasteless. It was disappointing. Please season the mashed potatoes, even though they are a side dish.
5) One of the dishes we ordered is crumb chicken Parmigiana. Again, no seasoning. It was bland. A side dish of cheese and kewpie salad is underdressed. Please improve this dish. Especially seasoning.
6) We also ordered grilled chicken chamoula. Another disappointment! It came with sweet potato crisps. It was soggy! We expected it to be crispy.
Chicken is cold! And tasteless. No seasoning at all. I absolutely hate it when restaurants serve cold grilled chicken. It’s disgusting! Please improve or remove it from the menu.
Overall, it was a very poor experience dining at Oliva Cafe. Please improve your cafe since you charge a pricey menu. We spent a total of RM77 on below-average food (three dishes and two juices).
Had a great dinner here. Wanted to have some western for dinner and here am i over their weekend. Portion was good, price worth it, the lamb shank cook perfectly nice, not too hard nor too soft. Excellent. Pasta duck aglio olio has the good amount of ingredients and duck and taste good too. The fried chicken with cheese was just in good proportion and combo with mash potatoes are good. Juices for rm8, refreshing after the meal. Free plain water given and provided once seated. Creditcard acceptable. Just that, need to park roadside. Good place to visit if you ever crave for western food.

I’m surprised there is a good western cafe in east coast. The taste of their foods are really great! I definitely recommend their steaks and burgers. The nachos are extremely good too. The sauces are rich of flavor and aroma. It really satisfy my appetite. The services are quick and precise too. Their price are reasonable despite of their generous portion. I definitely recommend this cafe and gonna be a regular.
