I just visited Old Town at Perda, Bukit Mertajam Penang. Your nasi lemak is very hot. I have been to many places Old Town and the Nasi Lemak still very hot. Already complained many times and still the same. No more nasi lemak at Old Town in the future. One more thing is that when we go to a few outlets, many food is unavailable.

the food was terrible. I have been in and out of the washroom after I reached back home. Coffee was good. The rest of the food is terrible. I overhead the next table complained about hair in their food.

Had a bad experience here today.. waited so long for my dish to arrive and when it came to my table, the food was served along with some intense burnt smell.. would you look at the underside if this fried (burnt) egg. Tasted like charcoal tbh! I dont blame the restaurant overall cause it does provide some good ambience however they really need to work on their quality management.. or at least the chef needs to be taught on how to fry an egg

OWC...one of my favorite place to dine in with my friends. This time we choose Bandar Perda outlet.

I'm a coffee lovers. A cup of OTWC served in a ceramic cup...just nice for me ☕🌟

I can't keep my eyes from this very creative decor. Light from the bulbs hanging freely from the jute rope. I must admit it was WOW!! 💡

The order via online system is good. Except that ordered nasi lemak, food come with nasi putih. If the nasi lemak is not available, the should mention it. Stupid! Waste my money.

This Oldtown outlet is very huge and strategically located. The staffs here are friendly towards customers and serve professionally. Perfect place to drink and eat. Parking spaces around this outlet are abundant on the weekends. The outlet is also very clean and well maintained.
I have serious enjoyed the Saturday morning breakfast at OldTown due to a) warm and comfortable environment, b) big space for that extra privacy, c) love the lighting and the table arrangements, d) strategic location with nice parkings, and the e) coffee of course. I would give this Bandar Perda OldTown a full 5 star!

Definitely one of my fav restaurants to visit. As we all know, oldtown classic white coffee is easily one of the best in town. Super kaw and the level of sweetness is just right for me. I tried their noodles too, not bad and the portion is just nice. The ambience is amazing and the service is great too.

Old Town at Bandar Perda doesn't even deserve a star for rating. Food was completely disaster and not to mention their service, it was lousy and long waiting time. We (3 persons) ordered the same food, but the waiting time was NOT bearable, we waited for 35 mins... yet there were not many customers. The food served was cold, soup was served after we ALMOST finish our meal. And, it tasted so horrible, there were too much of white pepper in the soup. Will never come back here again.... I hope old town management would take the necessary actions if get to read this post. Good luck OLD TOWN!
