This small place of heaven is a hidden gem tucked in a strip. When you enter you find some great service from Lila and Lindsey who are always pleasant! Then you get to the food which is always cooked to order and fresh and pretty quick let’s add that. Never have any issues with accuracy! My favorite thing to order is either the casserole with sausage or a deep dish can’t beat either one! We order from Fat Ricky's at least weekly. The Monday pasta special is amazing. Totally underrate is the grilled chicken sandwich - literal perfection. Staff is always friendly and food is fresh!

Keisha the amazing woman in charge took time out of her busy schedule to step out of the kitchen and chat with me for a moment. I wanted to tell her what a wonderful staff that she has. Quality of fat Ricky's Pizza is top-notch. I bought the old world specialty extra large and it was delicious! Always remember you paid for quality. I finally tried this GEM! Ordering on the phone the first time last week and this time I ordered online. Both went smoothly, without a hitch. They are gracious and warm and allowed me to ‘customize’ a bit too. The food was really really good. I give the food 5 stars because it was earned. Chicken tetrazzini, chicken parm and thin crust pizza were perfect for me. And their chocalate cake surpasses Portillo’s chocalate cake to easily be the best in the area. I try them all. Having been to the romeoville location where everything is amazing we decided to try the one closer to us in Plainfield. We ordered online 2 subs and onion rings. When we got home my turkey sub was an Italian sub and my wife’s sub was missing condiments. They also need work on wrapping subs because everything was falling out when i opened it. My sub was good, the onion rings were good. My wife’s was obviously dry without the dressings. We will try again but order there and definitely check the bag before we leave. Love the buy one get one pasta deal! Last week I came in to pick up some pasta for the kids as I did not feel like cooking and man was I not disappointed! I got the Fettuccini Alfredo with chicken and the chicken parm for my hungry teenagers but they smelled so delicious I had to split them up and get a portion myself which worked out because of how much pasta is in each container. Alongside that I ordered a chop chicken salad with the house dressing and that did not disappoint! Looking forward to being back soon! They have BOBO Pasta every Monday, pick up only. Their deep dish pizza is really good and has a crispy crust. We have never been disappointed with any of their food.

We ordered online, ordered 2 pizzas both with 3 toppings. Received 2 but one was cheese only. Called to see if pizza was swapped with another order they said I deleted my order and just put cheese in. I had reviewed the order prior to pushing checkout and adding my credit card, both pizzas with 3 toppings were listed. Person on phone just said we suggest you call to order, the online orders are usually wrong. No apologies, no offer to make it right, just that I the customer was wrong and that is all. I do not want anything for free but would have liked some sympathy and not pushing blame on me BECAUSE THEIR ONLINE ordering system is messing up. We will not be returning to this restaurant.
