I just spent $50 for 2 large pizzas and what was delivered was the smallest slices I have ever seen in my life aside from pizza hut! it was as tiny as the palm of my hand with a 2 inche crust what a rip off and a complete JOKE i will never order anything from here again! I get that times are hard and resteraunts are struggling but wow. not cool. I hope they just shut down soon!

Normally this is my favorite place to order, I convinced my family to order Mother’s Day dinner from here. I ordered take out, was told it would be an hour wait for delivery so I decided to pick it up. When I go to pick it up the food isn’t all ready yet, ok fine no big deal, what I had an issue with was the manager on duty, first I was speaking to a brown haired girl she was nice but I did ask her if everything was in my order and she told me yes. When I got home I was missing 2 items. I called was told to come back and when I came back the manager on duty told me it’s because you were chirping with the girl at the register. What a rude way to talk to a guest who just spent $130 dollars on an order. I’m sorry that your employee was speaking to me about being busy and the food that I ordered. You on the other hand are an incompetent manager for being so rude to a guest who had to drive all the way back for their food since your delivery boy went home early. Please learn customer service. I ordered stuffed mushrooms which are in the menu as having scampi sauce. The first batch came with a gloppy brown sauce. Scampi is butter, wine and garlic. The second batch came the same way after I gave them a chance to correct it. Well apparently Old Town claims brown gravy is scampi. Google it scampi is not that!!!

Its good food if you go there but forget about ordering from here. Every time they mess it up. last time they forgot a salad and didnt put mozzarella on the mozzarella garlic bread. This time they gave us a disgusting pizza with oil all over the bottom of the box and under the pizza making the entire thing a soggy mess. The garlic knots we ordered because we didnt trust them to put mozzarella on the bread this time was cold... not room temp... COLD!!
