We went as a family to try first time this All You Can Eat hot pot place. It is quite spacious inside which accommodates large group like us. Friendly waitress who was quite attentive to add more broth and place additional orders when we needed to. There are also house made appetizers like seafood pancakes you can order in additional to the hot pot items. Meat variety is decent so is seafood, vegetable and noodles. Everything was also fresh. Unlike other hotpot places, they don’t have ice creams but served a sweet dessert soup. I am sure this is a nice change for Asians who are used to this type of dessert but not sure whether others would prefer that. The restaurant should take this into consideration because I saw quite some tables of customers who were not Asian. Old Town Hot Pot is a gem in Denver! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The Chinese-style hotpot was absolutely delicious - a tantalizing blend of flavors and fresh ingredients that left our taste buds dancing with joy. The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring our experience was nothing short of exceptional. They were always on top of everything, from refilling our broth to recommending the perfect dipping sauces. Moreover, the cleanliness of the establishment was impeccable, further enhancing our dining experience. It's evident that they take great pride in maintaining a hygienic environment for their guests. Overall, dining at Old Town Hot Pot was an absolute delight - the best hotpot experience in Denver by far! I can't wait to return and indulge in their flavorful offerings again. Highly recommended to anyone craving an unforgettable hotpot adventure! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Beef

Great hot pot experience and the food overall was good. We really enjoyed the meats, some the sides & creating our own sauces. I would recommend getting the dumpling house sauce they have. Our servers was amazing. I recommend coming here. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Jiaozi

My experience with hot pot is limited and I haven’t tried any other hot pot restaurants in the area. I can’t bring myself to go somewhere else because I really like this place. There is a great variety of broth, meats, vegetables, noodles, etc that you can get. Everything I have tried has been delicious and at this point I have tried just about everything besides the tofu options. The wait staff are friendly and quick to bring out food. In addition, they are more than happy to talk new people to hot pot through the process as well as give recommendations. Overall this is a fantastic place to eat! The Restaurant spacious and clean. Friendly staffs, the food are good, i like blue crabs, clams but the shell are pretty sandy , you need to either wipe it down or dip it in water before put it in the pot . They give big portions , their meats pretty fatty so mostly we eat seafood, i love their pancake sauce, Jasmine milk tea is a plus !! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Affordable all you can eat hotpot, with a good sauce bar. I enjoyed eating here for the cost, the place is spacious as well. Menu had a good assortment of different vegetables but I wish there were a bit more options for meat. I got the Tom yum broth and it was delicious. The only thing that bothered me was the smell of the bathrooms, even seated far away from the bathrooms it almost smelled like someone did a #2. Service was great though, our servers were fast and polite. Didn’t know this but they offer you free dessert, it wasn’t too sweet and was light. Really refreshing. Old Town Hot Pot is a chill spot to have a meeting, date, or eat alone. There's no complications with ordering, and the menu is simple. You pick your broth, then choose meats or veggies. Just don't order more than you can eat, or you'll most likely be charged $3.99. The waiters are very friendly and frequently check on you. There's also children pricing for all you can eat. Our server James was great! Food came out at a decent pace and we always had food on our table one of the best AYCE hot pot places in the area. That jasmine dresser was so good, definitely do not pass that up. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Recommended dishes Seafood Pancake

I have been a loyal customer since the day this restaurant opened. Today's experience couldn't have been worse, and my family had to walk out. It was 4 adults and 1 toddler, and we always go during non peak hours, 4pm or so so that we don't bother others with the kid, and we were always given a 6 seat table. Today we went in at 4:30pm, half of the restaurant was empty, and we requested to sit at our 6 seat table as usual. However, we were guided to a 4 seat table. Any other type of restaurant would probably have been fine, but hot pots are hot, obviously, so no matter where you put the toddler, they can easily reach for the pot and get burned if the cooking surface is right in front of them. So we asked again if we could go to the 6 seat table, thinking the server just didn't hear us correctly the first time. Apparently, this server is the manager, and he said something that is so horrendous that I seriously am considering reporting them. He said: " we can't give you a 6 seat table because it's going to be rush hour soon. We can't waste a big table on you." But we obviously had 5 people, including the toddler, and he continued to say: " You have 4 people. There are bigger crowds later so you can only sit here." This manager tries to earn more revenue for the restaurant by squeezing all the customers into his predetermined seats as much as possible, sure. But for being in the service industry and treating his customers like that, he absolutely should get fired. If he's the owner, then this restaurant has horrible ethics. We've always liked the food and the servers in the past, but we are very disappointed by what we encountered today. Old town believes that toddlers are not people, and we are not worth their space. Worst of all, they willingly create a dangerous dining situation for toddlers. We left without ordering anything. They can fill this 4 seat table too then. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Wonderful hot pot place. The place is huge but when we went it was not operated at full capacity due to staffing issue. They sell by number of people and have fixed prices, essentially all you can eat. While waiting for the prep you can come to the sauce bar and pick any combination of sauces you want. They have various options to choose from, also including rice. Once you finish with everything you can ask for more of w/e you desired. The meat and seafood are fresh and excellent. The soup broth is the real deal, they have a whole bone for my bowl of soup Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30
