After driving by and seeing g a new owner at a local Asian restruant who had fallen into difficult times I convinced my husband to give it a chance. So glad we did. The food was fresh and exceptional, the waitress was very knowledgeable about the dishes and unabashedly honest on her recommendations rather than giving the typical, everything is good reply. Terrible experience at Oishi Ramen. The service was abysmal, with our waitress neglecting us entirely. The kitchen staff seemed more interested in their phones than in preparing decent food, as one of our ramen dishes tasted like soap and was utterly repulsive. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the staff engaged in a confrontational exchange, even threatening to involve law enforcement. Never have I encountered such incompetence and hostility in a dining establishment. Avoid this place like the plague. This place is deceiving from the outside. I intended to get take our but It's really nice inside and I decided to sit down. The food was really good. I had great service as well.
