Ohanas customer service is just bad a girl with the black hair can't make drinks to save her life and she's always rude to customers atleast to me and my cousin, my drink always comes watery and bitter I hope they choose better employees.

My husband and I absolutely love this coffee stand! Every time we drive through this area on I5 we stop. Every staff person we have encountered has been friendly and they even give pup cups to our dog. If you live in the area or are traveling through, I highly recommend stopping here! My favorite coffee stand ever! The coffee and pastries are always so yummy, and every employee is so kind and really makes you feel like part of their ohana. I wish I lived closer because it is definitely a staple when visiting Medford/Talent! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
