Lovely place to visit. There are several places to park. Parking spots are harder to find on weekends but available. Great place to walk around the harbor, watch people and boats. Visit some of the establishments, my faves being Joes Crab Shack, Rocking Baja Lobster, Tony’s

The Pier is a beautiful scenic place to walk, sit and contemplate. The ocean and sky views are breathtaking. This is always a highlight for me when I visit Oceanside! I recommend a cane for anyone who is unstable walking and a light raincoat because of the misty air.

It's a solid four star experience but it's best if you come here for a meal otherwise there ain't much to do unless you are departing from the marina. There's a faux lighthouse for pictures, an architecturally interesting Joe's crab shack (cantilevered design) and the marina. The fish and chips spot was drawing lots of attention during my visit. There's a coffee shop with great marina views and some weak souvenir places.

Went for the annual Harbour Christmas Boat Parade. It was a nice night. Lots of boats all decorated up, some with Christmas music playing. Sat at a table right by the water and had dinner while watching the parade. We did have to wait about 30 minutes to get a table so go early if you want to eat outside by the water.

I love the harbor. If you are looking to take a sailboat ⛵ ride, look up Bobby Watkins with Ahoy Matey Sailing Charters. He is a very friendly and knowledgeable captain. He may even let you take the helm! He's also very funny, I guarantee you're going to have the best time with him!!

I pass by here all the time during my daily walk and jogging. Here you have lots of options regarding choosing a restaurant for food. They also have gift shop n you can rent water activities for the ocean.

I was born and raised in California but now reside in Colorado. I was blessed to have a two week vacation in San Diego and was invited to lunch at the Oceanside harbor. I got to walk around the harbor and take pictures. It was a kind of overcast on this day so the pictures aren't as good as they could have been. I feel like this is an excellent spot to visit. There are restaurants, gift shops, lots of places to visit while you're there. The scenery is beautiful and the walk around the harbor is amazing. I highly recommend this for an easy day for the whole family. You could even take a picnic lunch and sit on the grassy area.

Tons of fun little shops! I was actually really surprised at how affordable everything was for a souvenir type place! We got lots of shirts, surf boards, necklaces and they also had all the essentials like towels and sunscreen

This place was great. We walked the docks, we had some lunch, which was terrific by the way. We checked out the gift shops. We walked down to the beach and took a few photos. The weather was perfect. There were a variety of places to eat and/or snack. There are a couple of places along the pier itself to buy gift items. There were a couple of gift shops in an ice cream shop. The water was beautiful, the view was spectacular. I loved seeing all of the boats. The people we came across that worked there, we’re very friendly. It was a great afternoon to enjoy by the shore.

Love walking around the harbor. There are fishing charters you can take. There are several restaurants to choose from. An ice cream shop and several other places to shop for souvenirs. Great views of the harbor in a nice place to take your wife or family to relax and enjoy a good meal.
