Our waiter Cass was very friendly and extremely attentive to our needs. He never let our drinks get less than half full before he was offering refills. He made sure we had everything that we needed and was very patient. He told us about O'Charleys bringing back their brunch services in the near future. I'm not really a brunch person but since he did tell me about it, I may return and check it out. 10/10 would come back to O'Charleys, I had a great experience today with the waiter Cass and the food was very good. Four of us on a busy Friday evening and we we seated quick enough, but then, everything went into slow motion. Took a bit for drinks, another bit to take orders and then quietly a bit before food came out. Once it got to the table, nobody had any complaints about the food.
