O'Brien's is a hidden gem on Hwy. 46 in Bergheim, TX, near Boerne. Don't let the former service station building fool you. The food is excellent, as is the service. And the wine list is better than average. If you are anywhere close this is a strong recommend!

I was in Bergheim today, so I stopped in to have lunch at O'Brien's. I ordered a house salad, and the meat loaf. I decide cheat and ordered the hand-cut French fries for a side. Unsweetened ice tea was my drink of choice.
The salad was fresh, and meat loaf and hand-cut fries were good -- I liked everything I had.
My server took great care of me. I was very satisfied with the food and the service I received while I was there. I did not run out of ice tea to drink. I'll definitely go back.
