Im gonna be honest here and im from Oklahoma and was visiting. I walked in and was not greeted by the guy cashier which should have been a red flag. Even after I was leaving the cashier said nothing. So maybe a lack of training but I'm not sure this place had 4.8 stars. I ordered the ribs and I tasted zero flavor and the smoke was uneven, ( you dont need sauce on good ribs) just good fall apart ribs with flavor. But there was none, barely any smoke flavor yet seasonings. The mac and cheese tasted like it came out of a can.. no seasonings and zero smoke. The beans tasted like bush baked beans with a few customized add ons but the beans again..no flavor. Maybe it was a bad day but there should not be any bad days in the restaurant industry. I came to Missouri expecting to try good bbq but maybe this wasn't the place. At least not on this day. I wont give it a 1 because the layout of the place is great.

Been wanting to try this new barbecue joint and it did not disappoint! Came out for lunch and sat outside. Order at the counter. I got the burnt ends flatbread (it was huge!) and hubby got 1/4 rack ribs. Really good. Sauce was great combo of smoky/spicy/sweet. Mac and cheese was a touch too cheesy so probably wouldn't get that againt but creamy coleslaw was good. Will definitely be back!

Delicious BBQ in Chesterfield finally and excellent customer service that went above and beyond. They accidentally left a Flatbread pizza out of my order. Not a big deal. I called them to just refund it to my credit card since I live about 15 mins away and didn't have time to go back to the store. Instead, they drove out to my house, gave me that flatbread pizza, and envelope with the refund in cash. Being a retail commercial real estate broker and interacting with retailers and restaurateurs, I'm more familiar with their behind the secenes struggles than most people, especially finding good workers and owners that stand behind their product/service. O'B Que's exemplified excellence today, and we'll definitely be back again. I highly recommend their brisket, pulled pork, ribs, and (of course) flatbread pepperoni pizza. That level of service can't be beat. Great job O'B Que's!!

Ribs some of the best ive had in town. Pulled pork and Mac n cheese were superb. Potato salad also excellent. Will definitely be hitting this again soon.

The pork tenderloin is fantastic, but it is not always available and is their special. The rest of the BBQ is just ok and nothing to rave about.
It is worth your time to come here for the pork tenderloin. However, you may or may not get served promptly. I’ve been here several times, and there have been times when there was no one at the counter. And even after calling someone, the staff did not care and still wouldn’t come to the counter, so I just left for another restaurant.

The burnt ends flatbread was so good! We also enjoyed the wings and pulled pork. It was worth the 20 min drive to come try it for the first time. Will be back!

Really great BBQ in Chesterfield Valley. The burnt ends are phenomenal and would highly recommend the turkey and ribs. Brisket was good as well. The sides were awesome as well which is not always the case at newer BBQ joints. Vinegar slaw and potato salad were standouts and the fries are solid. Will be back!

We were looking for some terrific BBQ in the Chesterfield MO area, and we’ve found it!
O’B Que’s has a variety to choose from. I had the half-rack of ribs, and they were the best—tasty, meaty, cooked just right. The sides were all really good, and the baked beans, offered as a sampling, were a fabulous treat. The hospitality and ambiance rounded out a very enjoyable meal. We are sure to be back again!

Stopped in here as a last minute choice for dinner last night. My goodness what a treat! It was later in the evening and they were out of all meat but turkey and pork. No big deal because what they did still have was delicious and unique. There’s a lot of good barbecue in our area but the sides are usually just sub par. Not at OB Que. Not only was the meat some of the best I’ve had but the sides were tremendous! Try the vinegar coleslaw, potato salad, and baked beans. Wonderful!!! This little place is a gem. Glad we found it because we will be back.

This place is absolutely amazing. Pricing is very good compared to some of the other BBQ joints around St. Louis and they don’t skip out on quality. Flavors of sauce were just perfect and everything was cooked perfectly. I will be returning to this place and trying as much as I can from their menu and I will be suggesting this to anyone looking for a good meal.
