One of Dili's high end restaurants. New and modern open-air restaurant. Great view of the ocean along with a floating Pier. Romantic Ambiance in the evenings. The menu looks great, including many local ingredients. There are a few areas for improvement - the portion size of the rib dinner was really small, they only gave me 3 ribs. I still felt hungry when I left. The wait staff are trying really hard, they could probably use a little more training for service. There was a big rat running around in the outdoor area. In the indoor area they were playing a soap opera. They do accept credit cards, with no fee. It takes them a little while to process it. Most dinner meals are about 15 to $25.
Very quiet place, with swimming pool in the middle. Nice spa. Staff is very friendly. Very good restaurant opposite the street. Great place to stay in Dili, but expensive.
