Hannah came in for a fundraiser at our school and she sold out (I bought 3!) She was easy to work with, professional, and of course, the cakes are SO good. Would recommend. Tried them out for the first time and really enjoyed the service and the food. As to be expected, the pricing is a little high, but the flavors are on point. The red velvet is to die for. The service was very friendly and the store was bright and clean and really well maintained. My only critique would be that they have forks or something, as we got this as a dessert on the go and had to eat with our fingers which was not desirable or easy to do. We had tried multiple flavors of the bundtinis over at Manna restaurant and they were all delicious, moist, and fresh. We decided to get a large chocolate chocolate chip cake for my son’s birthday. The online ordering process was simple and convenient. They had the cake ready and everything was accurate. The cake was also moist and fresh, but unfortunately the chocolate cake was extremely bland tasting and very skimpy on the chocolate chips. The frosting was good but it couldn’t mask the bland taste of the cake. Was very disappointing. If we ever go back we will most likely stick with the smaller cakes next time. I had to review NbC Castle Rock for many reasons! Each time I’ve been in has been made such a pleasure bcuz of how incredibly sweet, cheery and helpful the employees are, thank you so much for that! 😁 The cakes are all amazing but I don’t think the “limited edition” Reese’s could ever be topped, although I’m sure I’ll be there monthly to try 😉 and the little gifts in the shop are all so unique and fun too! 🎂

They provided the desserts for my daughters wedding last night wonderful tasting as always and so nice to be able to offer our guests gluten free options. It was spectacular and on time perfection

Not a single allergen menu anywhere on the internet. All their website says is “some have nuts” but doesn’t even list which ones. Edit after response from owner - It would be as easy to add this to your website as it would be to respond to this with the allergen info. And again, the nutrition link you put has NOTHING to do with allergy information. That is nutrition. If you took one look at that page you would know that.

I recently needed help with a custom cake order for a business Anniversary celebration. Hannah helped to pick out and design the order, letting me know all the options we had for flags and bows. Needless to say the cakes turned out amazing and were a huge hit. I would highly recommend this cake shop.
