Ordered 72 bundt cakes for a wedding reception and it was the hottest item on the dessert bar. The order process was smooth and thorough. The staff was very pleasant. The owners take great pride in customer service and it shows. Looking forward to ordering for our next event. Thanks again to Neil for everything!!! Amazing customer service is not dead!!! I called on a Friday evening to see if I could get something special delivered to my sister to cheer her up. I was expecting them to tell me it was too late for a delivery but Neil ((the owner) told me he would do the delivery himself!!! He was so patient with me on the phone and helped me choose the perfect arrangement. I know these businesses are all independently owned but the Nothing Bundt Cakes corporate office should take a page from the Deerfield locations book! I had a wonderful experience and would recommend them to everyone! Thank you again Neil!!!

Nothing Bundt Cake is so good! Staff is super friendly! They give out huge sample "mini" bundtlet cakes! I was so shocked. Do yourself a favor and sign up online for their fan list and add your birthday. They send you an email for a free mini bundt and even though they are called mini, they are a great size. These bundt cakes are so moist and the different flavors are so yummy! Try not to get addicted

The Deerfield location has AMAZING customer service. My husband forgot to pick up a gluten free option for an evening event and Neil stayed at the store 15 min after closing so that I could run over and pick it up from him. He saved my evening and made my night!!! Thanks Neil! I very much appreciate your time and amazing attitude towards your customers!!!

They are phenomenal and so great to work with. The delivery guy even helped me keep the balloons and minis as a surprise. Scrumptious little cakes and I Loved the gold decor too. Definitely ordering again!

I was super excited to find that ya'll open on Sundays. I was able to place my order online and have it delivered to my son on his actual birthday 🎂. Its his 1st year at college over 1600 miles away from home. I've ordered several times from Nothing Bundt Cakes and always have a pleasant experience. Thank you for putting a smile on my baby's face and making this mommas heart full and grateful. Side note: Nothing Bundt Cakes doesn't open on Sundays near us so my son wasn't expecting it.
