Today I got 5 signature boxes for both a business event and gifts for my friends. Bundtinies have been a hit wherever I take them. Super cute and delicious. The service at the store has also been great.
I was in this plaza visiting another store and decided to walk across the parking lot and try out their cakes. The associate that helped me was very friendly and gave me some suggestions on flavors to try. I ended up getting the white chocolate raspberry and carrot. They both were very good. I really want to try the lemon on my next visit.
This must be my first time writing such a review, but I felt so weird at this store, nothing like the "friendly" service others gasped about. Throughout the entire time I felt the lady just wanted to get rid of me, she basically threw my order receipt at me without even saying goodbye. Not sure how I offended them, maybe because I have a weird skin color? Maybe my last name sounds weird? Maybe I only ordered a basic cake without extra decorations for another 10 bucks? Maybe I didn't bring my 13th-hand Gucci bag with me? She also didn't care to tell me about the survey on the receipt with some free cake promo (I impolitely overheard when she carefully explained that to the Caucasian gentleman in the store). When I picked up the cake and asked about storage instructions, another lady working there lowered her chin, looked over the top of her spectacles and said with the face of a stern school principal, "Refrigerator, take out 1h before serving." Weird. Two stars for benefit of the doubt that maybe I really am weird. The cake was a gift so hopefully they did enjoy it.
LOVE Nothing Bundt Cakes! First time ever going into one of their stores and it didn’t disappoint! Susan was an absolute doll! She helped us pick out the best deal (buy 3 get 1 free Bundt cake with a cooler bag). She was so funny and amazing at her job. Cared about every single person that walked through the door. It was heavily raining and she went in the back to get paper towels for a woman to dry off.
Going back to the layout and options - love it. Clearly you can celebrate anything with a Nothing Bundt Cake. They have cute little tchotchkes if you are celebrating and need a little gift.
Michael, Julia and Linda are some of the best. They are so attentive and kind. I have been in a few times and called several to inquire about ordering. Every time I have called they are so warm and welcoming on the phone. Whenever I have walked in to either pick an order up or ask a question they greet me by name. I will definitely be going back again and again. Nothing Bundt Cakes is the place to go when you have an event or party to supply a cake for. 5 Stars is not enough. This place is 10 out of 10 in my book.
We ordered our wedding cake and a large selection of budtinis from Nothing Bundt Cake and couldn’t have been happier. Our tiered wedding cake looked amazing and they delivered it to our venue to eliminate stress on our wedding day. As always, the cake was delicious, and rather than save the top tier of our cake, we can get our favorite flavors fresh on our anniversary next year!
Very good cakes and very good customer service. Ordered my second Pumpkin Spice Bundt cake for this Thanksgiving as I did last year. Still great quality, taste and presentation. Way to go.....
Holy Bundt Cakes, Batman! I think this is my 3 or 4 review and I had to do it! This cake was the best cake I have eaten in my life time... the icing was fantastic and the cake itself was moist and delicious.
I purchased a cake for Mother’s Day and everything from the presentation to taste left everyone speechless. I drive 30 minutes to this location because the customer service is top notch and that is so hard to find these days. My experience has always been pleasurable and the store is always so cute and welcoming. My mom was so happy and her reaction made my day. Thank you for always providing a wonderful experience!!! Your staff is amazing!
