Picked up an order this morning. (2/16/24) Getting to store was a bit frazzling. I didn’t think I would ever go back due to the inconvenience of getting to the store.However the employees made up for any inconvenience! They were lovely and so very pleasant. I will definitely shop with them again. The items I picked up were delicious! And were a big hit at the luncheon I was attending. They were closed at 7:37pm when I arrived to pick up a cake. According to their business pages (here on Google and on their own website), they should be open until 8pm. It looks like someone else has also noted this pattern. Edited: I provided this info to the NBC Listens link as requested. It would be helpful if the hours online were corrected to whatever time they close or they remained open when they say they will be.

I was on look out for a fresh good tasting cake I didn't wanna go get on from grocery store since it was birthday cake for my wife I'm glad I came here didn't feel welcome but the cake was great Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

This is the second time in the span of a month where there’s little pieces of plastic all throughout the cakes :( I thought the first time was just a fluke..I go in here and spend over a hundred dollars every time on cakes and cute merchandise..I don’t know what’s going on but NOT SAFE

I stop by the store today to use a coupon I received in the mail. As expected, the cakes were moist and delicious. As I entered the store, there were several customers waiting in the lobby. Even though it was crowded, the worker came over to help me and get my order. We use this bakery often for the kids and for the related birthday items. When we walk through the door we rarely find that there are not enough people inside to help us with an order. The cashier and everyone in there will usually greet the customer as we walk through the door. The samples off to the side are usually fresh and feature one of the flavors for the season or day. We haven't had an issue with this location and I would return to this location.

How can you not LOVE this place! This is the perfect answer to not only birthdays, holidays, just thinking of you bundtinis, but also great gifts to give to clients. I loved my order and added the extra sparkle and my clients were so impressed! It made their day to get this special surprise! My favorite is the lemon and red velvet, but everyone has a different taste . All the flavors melt in your mouth and then your hooked!
