Never been to the actual store, we have only ordered their cup cakes through Doordash! I am actually not a huge fan of cupcakes, I rarely eat them, but I really do like the Lemon Cup Cake. The cream or frosting or whatever it is, is not over done, not overpowering the actual cup cake. It is just enough! Every time we have ordered from here, our order has been accurate. Service is quick, order ready for pick up fast.

I am a dessert guy. I stopped at Nothing Bundt Cakes and bought some Bundtlets. The girl working, Cailin was so nice and friendly. She had a big smile and was what good customer service is all about. The Bundtlet cupcake sized ones are my favorite. They have buy one get one free about every other month or so. I got on their email list so I would know when they have this promotion. I stopped there about 2 weeks ago and got the 2 for 1 deal. The Bundtlet cupcakes were freshly made and I ate one in the car before I even got home. If you have not tried them - do yourself a favor and stop in for a fantastic treat. Highly recommend
Absolutely delightful treats! The store is always clean, and the employees are kind, professional, and great at recommending new flavors. We love coming here for family, friends, and church.
This location's employees are very disrespectful and go out of their way to be difficult. I called regarding an uber eats order that i submitted. When an item was accidentally added to my order, they refused to help me and were very rude to me when i asked for help. I know for a fact that when an item your odrder is unavailable or not wanted, you can call the business to have them remove the item before the order is no longer "being prepared". I have done it in the past and i know other people have also done it as well. This location's employees were extremely rude to me from the start of the call after i nicely pleaded to them to help me and their response was "yeah nothing we can do". I understand that the mistake was on my end. But these arent $5 items. These are over priced cakes. My order had not even been started yet. My questions would be: Why do they need to be so blatantly rude to someone who needs help and just spent over $100 on an order. Also, why not help someone when it is within your power and will cause little to no inconvenience to you?
Sad, been ordering cakes here for years and today the owner of the mission viejo location was so rude, I will never come back here. She yelled and hung up on me when I expressed my concern for the hour+ wait in line, going 4 to 5 stores over outside, for customers who paid in full days ahead. I've paid $32+ for a cake that's also advertised online for $25. No delivery was available 4 days in advance. They gave me a time slot in advance to pick up my cake along with everyone else. I think this was poorly managed, proper accurate time slots should have been communicated. She advised they had over 500 orders today and that's just the way it is and if I didn't like it she'll cancel the order. I really wanted to bring my mom a cake on mothers day, however, I expressed not wanting to subject my daughter's and my health by waiting in line with crowds during a pandemic. She spoke over me, wouldn't let me finish a sentence and hung up on me. Hopefully I'll receive a full refund as soon as possible. I'm very disappointed.

I was using Postmates and called because I had some questions and the woman who answered the phone was SO lovely and helpful. She made Mothers Day extra special!
When I was getting ready to pay I was locked into the store and then after I paid the lady unlocked the door it was very awkward at best.... Plus I'm pretty sure it's against fire code to lock the door with customers inside.... The door has to remain unlocked while you have customers in per fire code
Amazing, perfect bundt cakes for every occasion! They're my absolute favorite, and I expect to have at least one bundt cake from here on my birthday. Totally worth it! Super moist cake, and the best icing I've ever had! This location is very cute on the inside too. They usually have a bunch of little things for every occasion like balloons, cards, mugs, home decor, and stuff like that. They also run a few promotions throughout the year. Watch for their buy 1 get 1 bundlet promo. Friendly and efficient customer service. No seats or tables anywhere near here, so prepare to take it home or to go.
There was a lady who walked in literally 10 min before closing time (no shame there, because I got there 10 min before closing time as well), demanded that they decorate the cake she wants to buy. Me and another guy who was in the store stared at each other because the lady started yelling, saying how unreasonable it was that there are so many people but won't take the time to stick some flower into the cake to decorate it. (I bought a cake but didn't need any decorating, I just bought the cake and left afterward) The store girl politely explained that they have so much orders that people in the back are busy taking care of that and the lady was furious, walked out the store saying how she won't shop here anymore. People are just doing their job, following the rules of the store so stop expecting them to make a special exception for you... The cake is delicious and they are very polite people. That's good enough.

Decided to stop in for a cake for my husbands birthday, we walked in at 6:45pm, 15 minutes before closing. This was my first time in a Nothing Bundt Cakes Shop, I thought I would give them a try. Conciencious of the time, I went directly to the counter and asked what the options were for a cake to go. One of the girls abruptly said, "Only these are available and we can't decorate one!" I didnt argue, she made it so clear there was no decorating. We purchased a Lemon Cake from the refrigerator and some candles and were on our way. Wasn't until my drive home I really though about how unreasonable that was. Having a business myself, I would never want a customer cut off and rushed out that way. What would it have taken to ask what we would like or offer something quick and simple to top the cake. I had noticed the pre made decorations right behind the register, How much time would it really have taken to put one of the birthday decorations on the darn cake. Hopefully the owner will address this sort of attitude. This is often a problem when owners aren't present and it sadly hurts the business. I will say the cake was good, but we will not be back. This type of service is unacceptable. No matter how good a product may be, no one wants rude service!
