From the minute I walked in I was welcomed with a BIG SMILE from FELICITY. I was here to get a birthday cake for my wife as today was her birthday and I had yet to do so. Felicity helped me design a gorgeous birthday cake and while I waited they made it for me. Talk about awesome, it truly is a beautiful work of art. My wife will be over the top when I give it to her tonight. All I can say is if you're ever needing a delicious gorgeous cake then make your way here, you'll be glad you did.

This is the main bakery we choose for events and parties! I just love these cakes and the simplicity of the design. They are always very professional and friendly. This cake was for my daughter’s dinosaur themed birthday party

Nothing Bundt Cakes are extremely moist and fresh, has the perfect amount of frosting. Easy to order online, let them know It was to be served within 3hrs. Everyone in the family loved it, Definitely recommend trying then out.

Outstanding Experience and Customer Care! From the time I was placing my delivery order to its actual delivery was superior. I was offered suggestions to my order to make my decisions easier. I was not rushed, they took their time in assisting me. On the date of delivery, I received a text confirming delivery. I wanted to know if the delivery was handed to the person or left outside in a shaded area. The actual STORE OWNER instantly called the delivery person to see where the delivery was left. I was concerned that the receiver of the cakes would not know the cakes were left in a shaded area, so again, the actual STORE Manager offered to text the receiver to alert him to the where the cakes were. That was going far beyond customer service, that was customer care 100%. The entire experience was more than expected and the reason we have used this store for 7 years!

Thanks to Lizzie, Cat and another thoughtful lady (sorry I forgot your name!) Let me purchase my husband's birthday cake 2 minutes after they closed tonight. Traffic was backed up for the holiday weekend. They were kind, considerate and were professional representatives of this shop. THANK YOU!!!

I've ordered a ton of cakes from NBC after I fell in love with their red velvet a few years ago! They're great for birthdays, graduation celebrations, baby showers, etc. The workers are polite as well.
Unfortunately I did find a long hair cooked into my mother's birthday cake that I ordered yesterday. I thought maybe it couldve been one of ours? except we're all asian and the hair was blonde... Also, it wasn't laid on top of the frosting, but so deep into the cake that I actually pulled it out, leaving an internal indent on the frosting.
Still giving 2 stars since past experiences have been great, but definitely unsettling to find especially after family had eaten part of it already.

Love this place! I posted wrong photo on another review which belongs to NBC - Nothing Bundt Cake. My favorites are Red Velvet and Double Chocolate. If you ask for their rewards card, you get the 13th NBC free 😃

We showed up within minutes of the store closing which usually results in service consistent of the cashiers tapping their fingers as they wait for you to vacate the premises.
That was the polar opposite of what we experienced! They were attentive, friendly, and helpful. It doesn't hurt that the cakes are pretty amazing, too!

Nothing Bundt Cakes has such a special place in our organization's culture! We always go to NBC for the festive mini cakes on employees' birthdays and to express gratitude when someone goes above and beyond. The friendly folks behind the counter let you pick out different colors and patterns for ribbons and little signs to customize their cakes. The crowd favorite is usually lemon, but we still haven't tried a flavor that we didn't love. They never disappoint!
