Wanted to try out a local coffee shop and found this gem! Absolutely LOVED this shop; the folks did a fantastic job serving us exceptional coffee! Tried the County Pumpkin Iced Latte with Pumpkin Cold Foam; wow! It is a MUST try! Traveling through Oklahoma on our way from Missouri to California on our anniversary trip down route 66, made a slight detour to see what a 5 star coffee shop looked like. (Starbucks is 4.2) 5 stars doesn't do this place justice I would give more if I could. Isaiah greeted my wife and I cheerfully and the experience got better from there. Great staff, great service and great product. Not your average Joe is an amazing concept executed to an amazing standard. Do yourself a favor and visit the best coffee house in Oklahoma and many states around. Thank you for an amazing coffee experience. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My husband and I were just in here. They have amazing coffee. Amazing, friendly service. My uncle had downs syndrome, so to see a place like this for the developmentally challenged, it's a God send of a place. Isaiah took care of us today, and he was super sweet. We are from Missouri, doing the route 66 run and had to get our morning coffee before we head back out for California. But we will definitely be back here again in the future. Thank you for the amazing and friendly service Isaiah. Wonderful little coffee shop. The local doctor who owns the building donated the space to a Non-Profit organization for people with disabilities. The coffee is fantastic. People are even better. You will not want to miss this place. Please support them. Highly recommended

I found this little place today! Best strong coffee in Tulsa area! For those who know me, coffee is kind of my thing! Midnight-oil Dark roast, roasted to be strong! LOVED IT! Smoothies, frappes, lattes, all of it wow great! Non-profit, hiring disabled employees! God-Bless them!! You want great coffee, friendly people and a laid back atmosphere! Come here! The best measure of a coffee shop is how it performs on a simple but also extremely difficult task - preparing a perfect shot of espresso. Here, the folks at Not Your Average Joe did everything right and produced a beautiful and bold espresso. Nice thick crema, not over-extracted, hot and deliciously complex. I’ve had way worse espressos at even the most sophisticated coffee shops with $30,000 espresso machines and single origin beans. It was a treat finding this place in Broken Arrow of all places. Truly not your average joe.
