I order from Noodles and Co often where I live. We stayed in Roger's for the evening and ordered from them to go. They messed up all 3 orders. No chicken in one of them, completely burnt chicken to a crisp in another, and added items we didn't ask for in the other one. The young kids working there need to show a little more pride in their work. The customer service was fine but the food was terrible. Got chicken noodle soup with mac n cheese side. The chicken noodle soup is probably one of the worst chicken noodle soups I've ever had: the noodles taste weird, have a weird shape, and were undercooked, the broth is mid, the vegetable content was low, and the chicken. was mid. The mac n cheese was noodles and like store bought shredded cheese. Surprisingly not that bad...but why did I have to mix the cheese and noodles together myself. They were literally seperated. When I went in to pick up my food, near end of day somehow dining room was gross. Didnt matter cuz takeout, but offputting. Finally ordered a large pop. Got my bag no cup. Waited, asked for my cup. Went over to machine. Realized cup was small. Asked for large cup. Got large cup, the coke freestyle hardly works as it strains to accept any inputs.
