Quality of the food was decent. However, ordering through the app I was charged $4 to add meatballs to a kids Mac and cheese. Same price as adding to an adult meal and only received 2 meatballs instead of the 5 given to regular meals. Workers didn’t care. Rip off. 2 tiny meatballs for $2 each. Haven’t had this problem at other locations when ordering from the app. Only here. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I know a one star is very low but I feel like it is deserved. I waited and watched multiple other orders being made in front of me when I was the only one waiting in the store. I saw workers texting while my food was sitting in front of them. They almost forgot my soup. I paid $18.82 and my Mac had like 4 different noodles with green leafs in it. I’m disappointed I paid so much money for this experience and now I am reasonably upset. Update: I found plastic in my Mac and almost choked. I was contacted by the GM by following the link. I was told they were busy and that’s why the plastic piece happened. They did admit it’s not okay and things happen. I was offered a free entree next time I come in. Was denied a refund for my order because I did not say anything to them directly until today, although I left my review as soon as I got home yesterday. I did not take the “bowl card” because I feel that I was taken advantage of at this location and offered no real resolution. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
