Don't plan on getting a clean welcome environment. Came in one hour before closing. If I would have known not to come in I would have gone to a more friendly location. I can now understand why everyone else who came in had to go orders. The chairs were put up at 8:04pm the floor is a mess. I ordered the chicken noodle soup as a side with my Macaroni and cheese. Only one working soda machine the other working machine was out of Dr. Pepper. 8:25pm they took the tray the holds the drinks out of the machines. The chicken in the chicken noodle soup was hard and not fresh. A bit rough exterior. Felt very rushed. I'm not against them getting the place ready to close but everything has a time to be done. It takes 5 minutes to put the chairs up, one minute to empty the trays to the soda machines. You can get the lobby cleaned in 10 minutes. We should have taken the hint when the door on right side was locked. Sorry for even coming in.

ZERO STARS. Very dirty store. Rude cashier. Came in at 7:15. Ordered one bowl of pasta. Cashier tried to charge me for extra chicken when I didn’t ask for that. Waited 20 minutes with a virtually empty restaurant for my food. While I was waiting I noticed how dirty the store was. Looking closer the kitchen was even dirtier. Sloppy employees spilling half cooked food all over the floor. So grossed out I asked for a refund. Assistant manager Zoe didn’t even bother to apologize for her rude staff and slow service time. Go anywhere else or be sad Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This location was really disappointing. As someone who works at a noodles, I know we would never let our location get this gross. The carpets are a mess, and the tables aren't cleaned. The bags don't have stickers on them and there is just random pieces of food laying everywhere. The drink station and front desert station weren't stocked. No smiles or eye contact from the person who took my order. Things like this would get me in serious trouble at my location. I just wish things were cleaner and better organized. As a customer of a noodles, it was disappointing Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Don't go here because you won't get Service. I stood at the order desk for 5 minutes. Nobody even greeted me or said that they would be with me shortly., Then someone walked in to get a to go order. And they went to them right away after I had been standing there all that time.. I finally got to order and got my food. My noodles were cold and the bread was hard.

don't know what has happened to this chain. got there when they opened, and NOT A SINGLE TABLE WAS CLEAN. after cleaning our own table and eating, 30 minutes later not a single person still had taken the effort to clean a table. the person that took our order wasn't friendly, but that's a side note. how does a place that serves food not have a clean table right when they open or even 30 minutes later?!?

Terrible service. I subbed mushrooms in my meal with Broccoli and literally received ONE SINGLE broccoli floret in my entire meal. They also removed the spinach which I did not request. I also Requested silverware as I’m at an office that is hosting our meeting with no kitchen and didn’t receive a fork for my pasta or a spoon for my food so I have to eat it at home in 4 hours. This is probably the fourth time I’ve ordered no mushrooms at this location and have gotten them anyways. LUCKILY it’s a preference and not an allergy. If it were an allergy though this would be a huge issue… that everyone these needs to work on.

I was served 100% lukewarm mac and cheese at this location. Wasn't even warm enough to melt the shredded cheese on top, so it would've been like eating grits and mac. Disgusting!!! Will not return. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
