Buffalo Chicken Mac
Was very excited we got a Noodles in Dubuque, closest one is 1.5 hours away. Tonight 5 orders after me got their meals before me. Told twice by staff just a few more minutes when I inquired. The Mac and cheese is bland, cheese congealed and just awful. Was here 30 days ago and the Pad Thai, my all time favorite, the noodles were not cooked all the way, very tuff to eat. I will give this restaurant 30 more days to work out the bugs but if disappointed again this not be a Noodles I will go to at all.

I have to say, seriously underwhelming. Cashier was very nice. Food took entirely too long, and wasn't very good. Had to go back to get the chicken I ordered. Probably won't be back.

This place just opened here. It's not a good establishment for this city so far. I've been to others out there, but they are trying to cater to the fact that this is a college city, giving it college vides. So the taste buds of students to me are not there yet. The place is clean, not too busy as of right now. The parking is terrible as the establishment is in a plaza with other businesses. The food could be a little better. The menu is full of pasta dishes that have nothing to do with Asian food at all. But if you like Noodles, everything with some chicken wrap options, then this place is for you.

We love Noodles and Company and are so happy to have this location in Dubuque. To make things easier, use the app to place your order and once it is ready, your order can be picked up at the Pickup Window on the side of the restaurant; follow the signs to the window. NOTE: you cannot place your order at the pickup window, but must place your order online. I like the Noodles reward program where you can get some free items once you accumulate the points.

My Zucchini roasted garlic cream dish was not creamy. It was watery and not much garlic. The clerk said that is normal. Disappointed.

Been here several times already, because the late closing time is so convenient for pickup after work. Delicious food, courteous and prompt service. Personal faves include the pad Thai and the Med salad. Hubby wishes there were a few spicier choices.

Chicken Noodle Soup
So I love Noodles and Company. I think the food is good and I also think they have lots of options. I know this location is brand new as of Dec 2023, but they have things they need to work on. The customer service was not good. We had a problem with them not accepting gift cards? The main reason we came here was because we had a gift card. When we asked for a manager nobody could find him. And finally when the manager came over he said they couldn’t do anything, didn’t say sorry and only offered us a rice crispy treat after we didn’t respond to him. The atmosphere is generic, weird and lackluster. I hope they make changes to the inside eventually.
With a lot of new businesses, it takes time to perfect everything. I just hope they do sooner rather than later.

Food was amazing. It was my first time going to noodles and company and the girl working the register was so nice. She went over the menu with us, told us what was popular there. Food came out super fast and was decently priced for the portions. I highly recommend their potsticker's. Definitely will be returning.
