The best ramen on the Oregon coast that I've found. The broth is as good as many I've found in big cities. They have tonkatsu, miso , and shoyu broth options. I recommend tonkatsu but I'm always partial to it. They have a varied menu with a range of Asian options. I have heard good things on Noodle Cafe. I usually eat at Kam Mings( Newport) as I dislike my Lincoln City Chinese restaurants. At the Noodle my wife and I ordered the potstickers, spring roll, lo mein and eggplant dish. We had NO complaints. Lo mein had an excellent wok taste and lots of fresh ingredients. Of all the places I've tried potstickers ( many) Noodle had the best...by far. My wife and I will definitely come back and I will order the same dish. As I entered the restaurant the aroma of the food was very tantalizing and I noticed the extreme cleanliness of the place. We ordered seafood pancakes, homemade fresh kimchi, and Jung Bong, the spicy noodle seafood soup. The food had outstanding flavors and quality ingredients. I highly recommend you to dine there.
