At Noelias Place in Naguabo, our family had an exceptional dining experience. The alitas with tostones and filete de mero were delectable, showcasing a perfect blend of flavors. However, the true star of the evening was the flan de pana. This dessert surpassed all expectations, delivering an exquisite finale to our meal. The rich flavor and smooth texture of the flan left an indelible mark, making it the standout highlight of our visit. Noelias Place truly impressed us with a culinary journey that culminated in a delightful and memorable sweet note.

The best food and overall dining experience I had while in PR! Everything was seasoned, cooked, and presented well, and you could tell that it was made with love :)

Don't leave the region without coming here for food! Our best meal in PR... delicious local food, fantastic atmosphere, spectacular view and wonderful service. We had pork, rice and beans, octopus salad and mofongo and rabbit turnovers. All absolutely delicious!

Our entire group felt it was the best food we had in Puerto Rico. Be patient with the sole proprietor as the cooking is worth the wait. Best for small groups as everything is cooked from scratch by a single talented cook. Go early when opens at 4pm or risk menu items being sold out.

This might be one of my favorite meals, ever! Noelia made amazing vegetarian mofungo as well as bread fruit tostones; her sangria is some of the best I have ever had, and the atmosphere cannot be beat. Bonus points for the view, friendly dogs, and interesting murals in the restaurant. Everything is clearly freshly made and put together with much care.

The menu can be limited at times, and the waitress may take a while to serve since she's also the cook and dishwasher. While we were disappointed that they were out of Sangria and Rabbit, the food we did order tasted delicious.

My husband and I stumbled upon Noelia's by chance and I am thankful that fate lead us there. The atmosphere, food, and experience was truly magical. Our bartender, server, and cook were all the same person (an incredibly kind and grateful person). They cooked an amazing, fresh meal in less than half an hour - and cooked it with LOVE! They offered us an atmosphere where all are welcomed - we felt like FAMILY here. My Noelia's experience was truly life-changing.
And they have the best chicken wings on the PLANET!!!

Absolutely amazing food and service. We tried the octopus salad and it was better than expected. The mofongo was perfect- moist and flavorful. Chicken was moist and well seasoned. Beautifully presented. The best part of the meal was Noelia. She made sure we sat on the scenic porch, gave us binoculars, and surprised us with her homemade coconut flan and breadfruit ice cream. I will fly back to Puerto Rico to eat here again.

Octopus Salad
Authentic, casual little restaurant with such kind and friendly hosts. The most incredible view of the mountains you can imagine with beautiful native birds flying around the terrace. The mofongo was delicious, and home made hot sauce was unusual and very good. If I'm back in the area I will definitely return!
