It was over $400 for two people for Valentine’s Day. Our table was in the hotel lobby and not in the restaurant. It felt like they took outdoor tables and chairs and put them inside. They were not comfortable and people inside the restaurant were more comfortable and cozy and had a piano player. If you book a reservation make sure it’s actually in the restaurant. They should take less reservations if they cannot accommodate appropriately. Our flower on the table kept falling in the hole where you would put the umbrella. If I knew our table was in the lobby upfront I would have booked somewhere else. There was music and better atmosphere inside the restaurant. The food was delicious, but we were missing items on the desert dish. Staff was friendly! I expected more for $200+ per person. So I had not been here for a about a year and a 1/2. But tonight it really exceeded my expectations. The ambience is so romantic. The food is delicious. A fantastic wine list and options. The staff were very professional and accommodating. They were also very helpful when it came to my food allergies (nuts). They all made sure that I was feeling confident and safe in eating here. I Highly recommend the restaurant! 5 stars. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The Noble is very eloquent, dim lights, intimate atmosphere. The staff is very attentive and friendly and ready to serve. We just had a quick bite to eat before heading to our appointment. We had the savory Brussel Sprouts and pumpkin bisque. Both were scrumptious. We would have had more but weren't there long enough. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Crispy Brussels Sprouts GF VG

The service was lovely - our server was great. The appetizers were wonderful. The main course was TERRIBLE. We ordered many different things, all of which were completely inedible. The steak was severely under cooked & didn’t even appear to be the right cut. The chicken tasted like they didn’t even bother with salt. The bouillabaisse was disgusting. Incredibly disappointing after such great appetizers & cocktails. Absolutely would not recommend. My sister and I had a very uneven meal at Noble last night. I'd eaten there once before and found it excellent - giving Portland a run for the money. It was great to have a reserved table as the summer crowds can make things unpredictable. But last night was a real disappointment. Things got off to a good start - our server was excellent and we had a fantastic Oregon Pinot Noir by the glass. The starter (Buratta with Roasted Vegetables and Crispy Bread chunks) was delicious, as was the bread and smeared butter plate. Sadly it went downhill from there. We ordered the Succotash vegetarian entree to share and both thought it was inedible. We actually sent it back and weren't charged for it. The creamy corn, lima, and potato layer of the Succotash was quite sweet from the corn, but it also came served with a HUGE dollop of tomato jam. Yes, jam. Almost a cupful. Seriously? There were chanterelles in the sauce as well which was tragic because they were overwhelmed by all the sweetness and we couldn't even taste them. Our second strike out was the Chocolate Verrine desert - which I know has been on the menu for a while. I can't imagine why. After a first bite my sister laughed and said it tasted like a Taystee pudding from Hannaford. (How would she know that? Oh, well.) The white chocolate layer on top was too sweet and the chocolate layer underneath didn't taste of chocolate and the texture was not pleasant. Gluggy. I'm a seriously good cook, I sometimes private chef, and I'm a food writer. I'm being brutally honest here because I want someone at Noble to read this and fix things. I know they've made a big push to upgrade the dining situation recently but apparently they're not quite there yet. Brunswick needs a fine dining option which we sorely lack right now. We have a herd of informal, international, and Asian places but not much at the high end for a special evening out. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

A fantastic experience! We had the theater pre fixe menu and wine pairings, with the theme matched to a local production of the musical 9 to 5, which we were in town to see. Russell was awsome, as was the rest of the staff. Highly recommended! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I went here for a birthday and was profoundly disappointed. Food was mediocre and over priced. Got the tacos and the burger, would get neither again. I think that if the prices were cut in half it would almost be palatable. Drinks were pretty weak. Won’t be going back. Although, the hotel attached has free cookies that are delicious.
